Massive, commercial, hi tech place, at least compared to the 10 barrel one man operations Iím used to seeing in Belgium. Friendly volunteer tour guides, and of course free beer at the end. Worth a stop. I am in total shock, though, that the stupid and crappy Missouri beer laws donít allow them to sell beer at the brewery. That needs to change. Thanks very much to theisti for getting me onto the tour at very short notice.

Stopped by here in November 2004. This is a quality regional brewery. They have a little gift shop and tasting counter at the brewery. Worth a visit.

I have done the tour several times. Boulevard has a very pretty and unique brewery. The tour itself is very enjoyable, always a good laugh, and great beers. You get samples at the end of the 30-45 minutes tour. On sample currently are all the regular lineup, plus one of the Smokestacks. Blvd has also cycled in some experimental beers here as well, so never really know what you will get. Tours have been selling out crazy early recently, so make sure you plan ahead.

I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Cant believe i didnt rate this place. Toured this in early 2012. I wasnt able to do the brewery tour, but i had a few samples in the taproom. very nice gift shop but its a little pricey. VEry friendly staff and lots of cool showcases of the history of kansas city brewery companies. Worth a stop!

Boulevard was one of the highlights of my recent visits to MO, OK, & KS. This in a large but beautiful brewery In KC, MO with a lot of history...a regional brewery thatís been around a long time with a past of making macro beers. They have been making great craftbeers for sometime now however. I had a couple of flights of all their beers an loved most...especially the Single and Double Wide IPAís. The Smokestack Series beers are great to try too. When I was there on a Saturday the place was very crowded and all the tours were booked for the day...so plan ahead. Fortunately they are already in the process of expanding the tasting room...so a more pleasant experience is coming soon. Definitely visit if in the area. Side note: after flying some of their beers back to NJ...I found out they just started distributing in NJ the month a returned!

A fun tour, good way to kill some time on a Saturday if youíre in KC and think ahead to make reservations. Always one or two unusual ones on tap in the tasting room. Pretty good mustard, too. Iíd say itís a must-visit for craft beer fans in the region. Iíd like to get back and see the expansion and new machinery.

Loved the tour. One of the best brewery tours that Iíve been on. Got to try a couple of brewery-exclusive beers after the tour. The only downside with Boulevard is that you have to book a tour so far in advance to get in.

Snuck in for a Saturday tour with my fiancee and two friends. Very informative tour that lasts about 20-30 minutes, which is a lot longer than the Saint Arnold tour. Tasting lasts about 30 minutes, and all regular beers are available. When I was there, the current seasonal and a couple of test batches were also available. Good time. Food was pretzels and mustard.

Boulevard is the real deal. I was fortunate to have been invited on a VIP tour, and I came away very impressed. The facilities are first rate and their products are approaching the level of quality at more highly regarded breweries. I would compare Saison Brett with any saison brewed in Belgium.

Recent tour. Book this tour well in advance. Interesting but still a typical brewery tour. They will include a number of samples after the tour. Nice gift shop. Worth a visit.
