The draft list is adequate though not expansive, at least for me, and the bottle list seems full of the strong and the rare, things that I’m not interested in, so take this rating as a matter of personal preference. I found the ambiance and interior a little too loud (visually and acoustically), and the decor and arrangement of the interior awkward. The proprietor was incredibly welcoming and friendly, but this picky beer drinker is looking for more, in terms of beer and in terms of ambiance / mood.
Considering it is a restaurant, I would not go there for the food only. The menu is limited to burgers, fries and salads, which are average compared to other beer places in Rome.
Service is friendly only in the bar, because on the tables they won’t serve.
If I return, it will be only for the beer. The selection is wide and good, however, the price is higher than the average in Rome for the same volumes and brews. Music was too loud so the atmosphere was not very inviting.
The location is not very handy (the closest bus stop is more than 10 minutes walking distance).
Had some difficulties getting here by walk at first, don’t go from the southern path. A spacey interior with a wide range of taps. At the time of visit a fair number of Revelation Cat brews were available. Clear and present tap list on the wall of the restaurant area. Very tasty and spice-selectable burgers available with a fair price. Decent service from the personnel though they had some *-ups a few times. A very impressive vintage bottle selection also with an expected price setting. Some points reduced from having prices displayed for merch they didn’t actually have. Well worth a visit, one of the best in Rome craft beer vise.
