Nice brewpub/butcher/hotel .. you name it. The beer is on a good way, still way to go but compared only to the other breweries in Luxembourg it is a milestone!!! Astonishing that the country being situated in between beer nations/regions cannot manage to brew ace beer. Anyhow, a lovely place to stay, the food is really good and value for money is acceptable. A tour through the brewery is granted upon request and really informative. Nice and funny brewmaster coming from the north of the country (so straight forward...) with a good and solid sense of humour. Samples were received spot on! Small range of beers but then again it is a small place... (UPDATE) Interesting fact that seasonals are on the move a nice development adding a plus on the selection and overall points. A development to keep an eye out for!

Made a detour visit one weekend in ’08. I was able to get a few beers to take away from the store/butcher shop. The pub was very busy and the staff did not speak English, so I missed out on having a seasonal on tap. I was very disappointed in missing out. Their beers are kinda bland, so I wasn’t angry for long. Hopefully someday I will get back and sample a few more, then stay in the hotel on location.

A very nice, new brewpub, hotel and butcher shop. The beer was average and the food very good. Prices were a little high. At least one waiter did not or would not speak English, but we found one that did. This is located in a small village not far from Luxembourg city.

A super fine stop in southern Luxemburg. All their beers are here and fresh. The have a butcher shop with some fine smoked hams. The food here is top class. A really nice place. Gift shop and brewey items as well.
