located along the main road at the turn in to the center of Unterneuses (you won’t miss it), it’s a semi-large building with your typical brown bar and stag- and beer-decorated interior. the one haus beer on tap is dunkles vollbier that was in wonderful shape during our visit: doughy, toasty, fluffy, chewy, frothy... if you’re a fan of German lager and have a feel for properly-mashed grains, well, this should be to your liking.

Faceless to ugly "modern" brewery-tap (erected presumably in the 70’s) with an ample patio - concrete visible everywhere - , located close to the main road Bamberg - Lichtenfels; one Hausbier and some crappy Kulmbachers available; food not very tasty, but cheap; not really recommended.

Great view from the keller, a relaxed place, self-serve, with a nice Franconian country vollbier on tap.
