BrewPub in an attractive convenient location on a canal in the centre of Hamburg. 4 of their own brews on tap. Fast enthusiastic service great food & decent prices. Nice atmosphere and decor. Although the beer is just OK I really liked this place. This for me is a great model for a place to enjoy beer. I wish there were more like this in the UK.
The serivce was great here, I was having troubles to express myself in German and from the moment they noticed they brought a menu in English and we were served by a waiter who is fluent in English. Very friendly people really! Beer selection was okay and the beers we had were nice, up to the standard but not much more than that. The food was good! I’ll go back when in Hamburg cause they have a lot of typical German dishes on the menu :)
Brewpuc molto ben arrdato, con impianto a vista molto scenico. Solo birre prodotte in loco che sono buonine e niente +. Cibo buono, ben fatto e non troppo costoso.
Ambiente accogliente e buon servizio. proprio in centro.

Nice place with good space and good view of the copper used for brewing. I had their three regulars and their märzen so they must have 4 taps and not 3 taps as is shown. Beers were all fresh and good quality and were all quite malty.
Located in the heart of the poshy area of the city centre featuring expensive shops, the brewpub has ample space for a thirsty and hungry visitor not willing to spend a fortune on food and drink. The selection includes 4 beers brewed on the spot. The staff kidly informed me that no flights were available, but, well, there is no problem that cannot be amicably resolved, so I got my flights of all the four beers, and paid just a minor donation. The beer may not be anything extraordinary, but it is decent, especially the Winterbier and the Hefeweizen. I have only tried tomato soup from the impressive menu, but it tasted good. A nice place, friendly staff, decent beer, and good food. Will gladly drop by again.
Stumbled in here just in time for the last round after a 13-hour train ride. Four beers on tap, all rather average. Bog-standard brewpub decor, copper kettles on display, lots of wood, though not too cramped. Very friendly service, got a complimentary beerschnaps before leaving.
Great location by the canal with a relaxing little terrace. Decent house beers, mostly classic and wheat-based, a bit mild but fine. Great food with generous portions, highlights such as flammekuchen and pig knuckle. Friendly service and pricing. Considering the lack of options in the region, this is a nice place to hangout for brunch or dinner.
Very fresh and light place with a nice view over the canal. Only their own beer on tap, but I liked them. The dunkel was great! Friendly staff, not too chatty though. It’s not the end of the world if you miss this place, but it’s kind of central so it’s a good waterhole while strolling the city.
Visited mid-afternoon on a Wednesday the brewery was in full swing so place had that lovely malty smell but it was a bit steamy. Modern canal side brewery, 3 regulars and a seasonal available, service good, beer was better than average, food was tapas affair which looked nice although that was food envy from others. Like the place.
