Nice and very large brewpub, kind of centrally located not too far from Alexanderplatz. Pretty big selection of their own beers (and I have to say these were tasty!), didn’t try any food. Staff was helpful but not overly chatty.

Went there in middle of June during the Easter Island and Pacific Conference (EIPC 2015). The Hackescher Markt was pretty busy that night, especially Lemke Brauhaus. The service was obviously affected by it and the waiter a little bit impacient. Food was good, typical Berliner Menu. Tried the Wiener Schnitzel and tasted fine. Good ambiance, slightly noisy for my taste. The beer was good. Fine sessionable Hefes and Pilsners, but also surprising non-German styles. Me and a friend ordered the whole Imperial Stout bottle (660 ml) and it was quite expensive (about $15 Euro if I remember well). The waiter stared at us with an "are you sure?" face. It was an intense and heavy malt bomb, but pretty unrefined. I had a good time overall, but the place can be improved in a number of ways. I will return for sure on the next trip to try more varieties.

A fter two horrible experinces up the road. This was pure heaven.
Very close to Alexanderplatz.
Not very difficult to find.
Lovey garden in the back where you can try their lovely food and some of their nice beers.
Not all of them where excellent. But mostly really ok. And a good range of different styles.
Highly recommendable place!

Visited on a Saturday evening in July 2015, situated under the railway arches and has had a bit of a craft beer makeover. Nice outside space and lots of room inside, place was fairly quiet. 8 beers on tap, 6 beer sampler available. Staff were friendly and efficient, food was good and beer was decent. If the sound of DB electrics and squealing train wheels are your thing then this could be heaven.

We stayed at The Park Inn Alexanderplatz for 3 nights and drank here every night. Tried all 8 beers available which were advertised on the board as Bohemian Pilsner, Original, Weizen, American Pale Ale, India Pale Ale, Hopfen Weisse, Imperial IPA and Imperial Stout. The last two were from a large bottle - about a litre? - all the rest were keg. We found the Weizen and IPA very much to our taste. Food looked good and was popular but food was included with our hotel package so didn’t eat here

Fairly big place under the railway arches with a little beer garden out back. A little dark and dingy inside for a sunny day but that’s the nature of the location. Service is quick and helpful and the beer selection is interesting craft brews in more than just the tradition styles with a couple of IPAs, an APA and imperial stout. Food is fairly decent standard German brewpub style.

Located inside the rail bridge at the busy Hackescher Markt, this spacious but cozy (save for the occasional train screech, that is) brewpub offers an agreeable refuge for the tourist. The staff are friendly and service-minded. The selection is okay for a brewpub: eight taps of own produce, including some traditionally non-German styles, like the IPA or the Imperial Stout. The quality is mostly tolerable but do not expect beer wonders here. Decent food. Rather fair prices, given the location. Could be back to taste more of their beers.

Visited in September 2014. A large Brauhaus with a central location. They had four beers, one could order a "bierprobe" that cost 4.10 EUR.
The food was ok and filling. The service was ok although I did not like the comment "that tip is not included". I wonder if the waiter thought that I was an American?
