They brew their own beer and it’s fantastic. I suggest starting with the beer taster (you get to try the four beers they brew) before choosing your favorite. The food is great as well. I suggest selecting a dish that gives you three different wursts in one serving. Very good stuff.

Made pilgrimage to this brewpub during autumn break in Berlin. The pub appears to have been extended since my last visit, but otherwise the brews and food menu is unchanged. Could not believe I was recognised again after three years! The pils was excellent and so was Original. Enjoyed the special brew for Oktoberfest. There was only room to sit at the bar on my arrival suggesting the brewpub must be doing something right. Food recommendation: try the Nürnberg sausages with sauerkraut and "bratkartoffel" (fried potato pieces with onion). Delicious, and goes well with the "Original"

Great place. Solid beer range, all of them high quality. Lovely setting, very classy. Good food options; we had the tomato soup, which was quite tasty. Pleasant waiter. Average prices. They offer a tasting sampler of the four beers they carry (three regular, one seasonal), so that’s nice. Very convenient location. A must visit for Berlin.

Nice ambiance. Located in the S-Bahnbogen it has a typical cellar bar atmosphere - but isn't smokey at all. Nice exposed brick walls and nice interior. The staff is friendly and did know what he was talking about. Food, also vegetarian food is available and looks great. They always have the Lemke Echthell and Original on tap and other brews monthly also.

A nicely decorated place under the railway arches close to the Hackescher Markt station. The service is friendly and informative and the beers are quite good. Highly recomended.

Great place this is. I hope I’ll be here again soon. Location and ambiance are quite good. Just under the trainrails. And even with a relatively quiet biergarten. Food is absolutely good. According to my aunt (She lives in Berlin and showed my and my girlfriend the city) the brewer lived in Japan for a while. This is slightly visible in their menu. Staff is friendly. Beer is good.

I loved the location of the brewpub under the S-Bahn. See the picture where a train (yellow/red) is rolling over the pub. Nice looking, cosy but clean. Very nice beers.
