A pleasant country pub on the outskirts of Frederick town. The pub is a converted house and inside retains its homely feel with separate dining rooms in front. There’s also an outside patio for the warmer days. The draught selection is displayed on a screen behind the bar and a good list of mostly Maryland beers to try. We ordered a couple of items from the snack menu which was basic fare. The lady bartender was friendly and efficient. A good pit stop on a tour around the area.

Visited here a month ago, old 19th century house converted into a restaurant. A few local leaning craft beers on draft and a menu of sandwiches/pizza/salads. Food was decent but not outstanding, here more for the beer. Overall with the options in Frederick for good beer and food I don’t see myself going up this hill often.

Brew’d Pub is housed in an old Civil War era house just outside the more populated areas of Frederick. The breakfast was average but scores higher because of the beer selection. We sat outside in comfortable chairs whilst our waitress served craft beers and a hastily prepared breakfast.

Great small town pub outside of Frederick. Has a good selection of beers, most of which I’d never heard of or tried. Breakfast was good too, and service wonderful. Cool old house inside as well. Patio was beautiful on a balmy day. A few cheap bottles as well.

We stopped in for breakfast to set a good base for a day of beer-mead-cider exploration. Inside is an old comfy house stuffed with antiques and fireplaces, lots of character. Out back is a nice patio with umbrellas. Service was great outside - the lady who served us didn’t bat an eye when we ordered beer flights at 10am. And as soon as one of us got up to grab some hot sauce off another table, a staff member came out and said - "what else can I get you? You shouldn’t have to get up, just sit and enjoy your breakfast!" Food was terrific, byt the way. Just off the main road, plenty of parking, ultraconvenient whether visiting Frederick or just passing through.

Stopped in for breakfast and beers on the way to visit Orchid Cellar and Distillery Lane. Inside appears to be a cozy house remodeled with a bar and restaurant setting. Nice patio out back. Good selection of 16 or so drafts and a decent bottle list, mostly local and regional with a few selections across the west. Flight of four 4 ounce samplers available. Breakfast was pretty good and reasonably priced. Great service. Would definitely come back if I were passing by for whatever reason.

A nice pub / restaurant with a good beer selection just west of Frederick. We stopped in for lunch and a beer one afternoon and enjoyed both. Service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about the beer choices. Food was very good -- we had the italian beef which is not something available many places in the area... I will definitely have again. I hope they do well and look forward to having on the list to visit again.
