Our only visit to date was during the Cotteridge Convention trip on a Saturday evening. The interior and atmosphere is fairly standard if you have been to a few BD bars in the past. By that I mean Industrial decor and a youngish crowd. Even when rather busy the high ceilings stop the place from getting claustrophobic. They have 20 kegs lines with a solid 50:50 split of BrewDog to Guest from the likes of Mikkeller, Alesmith, Oskar Blues and such. Offers something different to the other bars in Brimingham. Staff were knowledgeable and the service attentive. I would say above average on the scale of UK BrewDog bars. All in all a good beer destination

Visited twice, once on a very busy Friday and once on a more calm early Sunday evening. On the first occasion, I was looking forward to the release of the latest BrewDog Abstrakt beer, but when I saw the price of £5 for a 1/3 pint, I settled for Stone Imperial Stout instead, which was still expensive, but cheaper. The selection in general is quite strong, nice mix of BD & impressive guests, I had an Anchor beer which I believe isn’t a core one. Ambience is friendly and staff were helpful, but those prices...

this place’s selection has become less adventurous since last visit, too many brewdogs and the usual rotating guests, only one new rate for me. Bottle selection a bit better and of course 20% equity for punks discount on takeaways (15% everyone else) makes the prices reasonable. scotch eggs and sos rolls look good but not samples. Usual brewdog prices but thirds available. Don’t like the stupid concrete girder "vertical drinking" tables. As always fantastic service, tasters offered, attentive and helpful. Not my favourite Brewdog bar but still worth dropping by.

Visited on the day of the Cotteridge Convention, about 7 or so minutes walk from the Craven Arms and just over the road from Cherry Reds cafe and New St Station (budget 10 minutes for your train to play safe).
Typical stripped down to the bricks BD bar, place was booming on our 6pm visit, Birmingham City had been at home so not sure whether this accounted for the early evening wedge out.
That said service was very prompt - no waiting at all.
Not the biggest tap list for a BD bar, 22 I counted, but the usual split of around half/half BD and guests with a few Oskar Blues and Mikkeller offerings amongst others.
Decent mid range BD bar.

Modern bar and very busy on a saturday night, stood shoulder to shoulder. Good selection of kegs and bottles. Kegs from brewdog and stone plus others. Some excellent beers, but you dont half pay for them.

Visited the 9th November 2014. Near to the center of Birmingham, the place is on a pedestrian street. Really modern and cold building with big windows. The place is modern and looks as an industrial building. The beer selection is really nice with great beer from Brewdog and also so guest as Dupont from BE or Stone from US. This is really nice to see a selection like that. The problem is the price... it’s very expensive compare as the others places on the city. The service is ok. Ambiance was really cold and not really friendly maybe a bad day...

I’m the mayor off here so I should review, firstly the staff are awesome very helpful and friendly even when a hipster is asking daft questions, selection great Birmingham would be a lesser place without it.

Visited on Sat afternoon in August. Situated 5 mins from New St station and opposite Cherry Reds. Standard Brewdog decor with modern look.
Excellent selection of Brewdog beers and other craft beers from around the world. Typically pricey for the brand.
I guess you pay for quality. A must if visiting Birmingham

Wide choice of BrewDog’s own beers together with an equal number of well chosen guests. My personal preference would be for a slightly higher proportion of quaffing beers on the menu, but that eventuality would be covered by many other pubs within walking distance. Bar is lighter & airier than I was expecting. Pleasant & efficient bar staff on our visit (16/8/14).

Suffers from the corporate feel all Brewdog bars have. You know what I mean, the "We’re punk and revolutionary and so so punk, yeah!" Even though in reality it feels like someone’s bought a piece of street art to hang on a London bank boardroom’s wall in time for a meeting of some local Freemasons. The City Broker that has a star tattooed to their foot because they’re a "rebel". That sums up Brewdog. The thing that sets aside Brewdog Birmingham from its other bars however, is a rare selection of wonderful staff and regulars. Whilst many of the original crew have moved on, you actually couldn’t meet a nicer bunch of people, and not only that, knowledgeable, in the main, and passionate about the good beer cause. Dan, Mike, James and co. should be very proud indeed. Lastly, the beer selection is as good as you’d expect it to be, you’ve just got to put up with Brewdog prices.
