We visited this Brewdog bar on Friday 17th April 2015. It was very conveniently placed for us, it was on the same street as our hotel (albeit half a mile further into town) and next door to the gig we were going to Godspeed You! Black Emperor at the Albert Hall. It is also right across the street from the Free Trade Hall. There is seating and a large parasol outside, the sort that has the patio heaters built in. Inside decor is much the same as all other Brewdog bars, i.e. the stripped back industrial look. Floor to ceiling windows look out onto Peter Street and the Free Trade Hall. It appears to be square in shape a reasonable size with mezzanine floor offering additional seating upstairs. It was predictably quite busy when we arrived which was about 17:00 on a Friday, but the bar staff were very efficient and we were served swiftly. There was a pretty good choice, I went for one of the new IPA is Dead series Loz as ever went for a Dead Pony Club. We spent a pleasant hour in here, sharing a seating area with others. Whilst not my favourite Brewdog bar I quite liked it here, the staff were friendly it had a pleasant atmosphere, itís a good bar in an area where there didnít appear to be many decent places.

Friendly staff, although they really should let you know prices upfront - instead of opening the bottle, and then telling you. £14 for a bottle of Mikeller Spontangrape! TOTAL RIP-OFF! Nice atmosphere. It was fun to see a Judge Dredd pinball machine. The place was absolutely packed! Price for a pint was around £4, which I feel is a little high, as I could buy a few bottles of Brewdog for that price! Regardless, itís the easiest way to try some great beers on tap, and nab a few bottles of Mikkeller while youíre at it!

Visited a while ago. Classic BrewDog vibes, good staff and beer, but I was ripped off on a takeout bottle of cocoa psycho for which I was charged £6 (with the 15% takeout discount, apparently), unaware of the fact that it costs half of that in their online shop. Beware

Iím very impressed with the consistency of BrewDog taprooms. I may have liked the location in Camdentown better, but the overall vibe was no different than their other bars in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London. Iíll parrot the other previous poster...you know what youíre going to get at BrewDog. I enjoyed beers from Evil Twin and BrewDog as well as a Black Betty from Beavertown. Iím still a bit bemused getting pulled pork in England, but the sandwich was as high quality as at the other joints.

Regular brewdog selection with some extra imports. Not too many bottles. Nice lounge corner upstairs. Located in a boring part of the centre. But at BrewDog you know what you get.

This Brewdog location fits well within the Manchester vibe. The Brewdog beers were all solid, with the new collaborative release Magic Stone Dog tapped and a tasty Imperial Stout named Black Eyed King Imp (£4.95 for a third pour). Flights are sold here. Little interaction with staff who looked like they were trying to soldier on through hangovers. Interesting guest taps as per their other bars. Bottles also available. Food menu is BBQ themed and sweets available at the bar. Good bar and I ended up visiting for more than one visit.

Great beers. Something for everyone, even those who do not want to pay a lot for a beer.
Food: Great burger. Amazing taste! The bun was a bit soggy and it was not too warm. And not that expensive!
Good music and able to talk to each other.
Been to three BrewDog bars in the UK (Edinburgh, Aberdeen and this), this one was the best!

5th BrewDog pub Iíve visited. It sticks to the styl of other ones (Glasgow, Edinburgh, 2 in London). I like this industrial craft atmosphere. Itís a opposite of classic english pub with carpets and wooden furniture. The selection is very good - as in all BrewDog bars.

BrewDog pub in a familiar sparse design making the most of the bare buildings features to compliment the new age craft available behind the bar. There is a style about it though very much removed from a traditional pub. Thereís a couple of levels to the place but itís popular enough despite being overpriced in every aspect, so at peak times you might have to stand amongst the trendies that flock here. Thereís no faulting the ale selection though, if you want an extensive range of craft from BrewDog and other íhipí producers from both sides of the Atlantic then this is possibly the best place to come in Manchester.
