A decent but not overwhelming branch of the craft brewery’s pub chain. Typical quasi-dystopian industrial look, but smaller (and far less achingly hipster) than their London mainstays or newer behemoths. Only five beers offered outside of BrewDog’s core range, but by anywhere else’s standards that is still pretty good. A Malaysian street food restaurant sits temptingly in the same building.

It was quiet in there on a Friday lunch time but what’s not to like with this place. Not beer to other BrewDog bars but after this I certainly will.

OK, this place serves some interesting beer, but it is scandalously expensive. Their fridges were full of beers I’d have liked to try, but all but a handful cost over £10 a pop. Most were around the £15 mark. I don’t mind paying a bit extra for good beer, but that’s taking the piss. Aside from that the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and I like the feel of the place. The beer selection didn’t compare to the much better Canalhouse for me.

The ambiance may be nothing like a traditional pub but the beer selection more than makes up for the industrial decor. Everything from light 3.8% hop bombs to 11% ABV barrel aged beers are available. Prices are not cheap but neither are they outrageous. As a bonus you can get sips of both Tactical Nuclear Penguin and Sink the Bismarck without emptying your wallet (about £5 each).
If I go back to Nottingham this will be high on my list of places to visit. I am sure it probably gets busy at some point but at 3:00 PM on a weekday it was just myself, the bartenders, and another couple. If you like more company wing by in the evenings when I imagine it gets much busier.

Not the best Brewdog bar but definitely the best bar in Nottingham by a mile. Decent Keg selection, good atmosphere. Not as busy as Manchester and Camden but this is both a plus and a minus. Worth a visit. Best bouncer in the country!

This is my 3rd Brewdog Bar in the growing chain. It has the stripped down, post industrial theme of the others, which doesn’t really fit in with the building which is fairly pleasant outside. There is little comfort to be had and it was quite cold and on a Saturday lunchtime there was just me and one other person. Very pricey, but obviously it works for them and the normal huge range of kegs and bottles. Not one to return to for me.

Great bar. Trying to fill that gap in the market between cool places to be and great beer, which often do not come together. Too often great beer comes with a mainly male, older crowd, but we grew up in punk and rave clubs and prefer mixed, mildly "alternative" places and brewdog are trying to create this

Yep, this was a good place as far as I was concerned. Buzzing of a Saturday evening, with some great beers sampled on tap and enough space to plant my glass. Belting.

Well, it’s a Brewdog bar with all the characteristic trademarks – bouncers on the door, minimalistic décor, friendly and knowledgeable bar staff and a wide range of Brewdog’s own beers on tap and in bottle plus others from highly regarded brewers like Magic Rock, Nogne O and Evil Twin. Predictably, it was heaving on a Friday evening but still had a nice atmosphere. They serve pies for £5 and very good cheese and meat platters for £6 and £12.
