This is simply Atlantaís finest. No swill on tap with a very cozy atmosphere similar to an olde world british pub. A limited but excellent food selection. The glassware selection there is beyond belief. The upstairs has a bar dedicated to only belgian taps. The main focus is belgian beers but they have a good selection of other beers as well.

This place is awesome for a bar, definetly my favorite. Make sure you get the waitress who has to stay all night and fill the ketchup bottles, she is quite a trip. They had a huge ass list of imports, huge. Get the weiss beer that comes with the syrup so yall can be like shag. I love the volcano there, damn good stew in a bread bowl if i do say so myself. Some cool beers from N.C. and atl on tap.

without a doubt, the premiere beer bar in Georgia, if not the the entire Southeast. beautiful ambiance, intelligent staff, proper glassware, proper handling of the beer....who in the U.S. does it better? as soon as they are able to get the the hot American micros i.e. dogfish, stone, allagash, avery, alesmith, etc... they will be THE beer bar people like us will talk about!

A great little place to enjoy a few beers. The selection of Belgians was phenomonal and the draft offerings were solid. The food was adequate for a late lunch. The service was a bit slow at times, but we werenít exactly in a rush. All told a great place and one I would visit often.

Wow, I really enjoyed this place. I went here every night I was in town, forsaking the others in the neighborhood. Great pub feel. Food was adequate. GREAT selection of Belgian bottles that blew me away. Highly recommended.

Diverse selection of good brews and a helpful staff. A nice cozy place to enjoy a beer in its proper glassware. They have a few good selections that you wonít find anywhere else in town.

I enjoyed lunch here before the GA 14% gathering. Good food and an extensive selection. Just a one time, first impression, but I had no complaints. Good lunch, tasty brew served properly, not too crowded at that time of day. I would go back.

To me this is definitely the best place in town as far as ambiance, selection and service in Atlanta. The staff and owners are great people, with a great interest and care for craft brewing and the patrons that come in are well taken care of and appreciated. Food selection is average, but getting a table to try it can be a bit difficult at times. Well worth the drive down to Decatur to check it out.

No where in Atlanta are you more likely to be surrounded by beer geeks than here. Not a single BMC product on tap. Beautiful! Very nice looking, classic pubish feel. Waitstaff is friendly and entertaining without being over the top. You can get some beers not sold anywhere else in the state here and occasionally the unlisted keg of Arrogant Bastard or the like. Food selection is broad and pretty tastey, just not excellent. The only real knock on this place is that it does feel extremely crowded when itís full. My advice, just show up early and get a secluded table.

This is my favorite Atlanta-area bar. It doesn't have the huge selections of the Summits Wayside Taverns (only about 20 taps instead of 90-250), but the smaller size allows the beer to be priced more cheaply. And since it's a no crap on tap place, none of those taps are wasted on Budweiser, Michelob Ultra or the like. The food is excellent pub grub like their tasty fish and chips, but they also have pastas, salads and soups. The ambiance it pretty cool, going for the traditional Eng-lish/Irish pub look. It can be a bit loud at times, perhaps due to the extremely high ceilings.
