A very typical "gastro-pub" style place. The focus is more on the restaurant, but the 20 or so draft selections are generally pretty decent for a restaurant. Nothing too outrageous on draft. Food was pretty good, again, typical gastro-pub fare. A decent place to grab a bite to eat, but not worth going out of your way for.

Decent beer bar and eatery in the Hell's Kitchen area of NYC. Beer selection was better down the street at Valhalla, but food options were much better here. Worth going to if looking for a descent beer selection and good food.

This was a stop towards the end of a long pub crawl down Columbus exploring the west side of the park. This also happens to be across the street from another place tick called Alfieís and a block from a pretty cool bar called Valhalla. Unlike the other two this is more of a restaurant than a bar, though they do have a bar. The tap list is a bit larger than some of the other places around but itís not all that impressive. Theyíve got some Ommegang, Victory, Founders, and some locals but in the end I went with a standby: Lagunitas IPA. Itís a bit dark, itís a bit noisy, and they have TVs, but it was friendly and from the looks of it they have pretty decent food. Itís pub food for the most part but the place is set up to look more upscale. If they had a better tap list Iíd consider revisiting since Iíll probably stop at Valhalla again at some point, but there are plenty of other places to check out in the area.

Decent draft selection. Sports vibe going on. From time to time they get some pretty cool stuff. Canít comment on the quality of food.

Stopped by afterwork Friday to get Game of Thrones beer #2. Cool interior and decent but unremarkable selection. Bartenders were Irish and most clientele European watching soccer qualifiers. Since I ordered several dark beers the bartender brought me samples of all other stouts and porters which was cool. Ovrerall nice place but itíll have to have something special on for me to return.

Nice little spot, but I came in on a Tuesday at 3 after a meeting so offtime to say the least. Very friendly bartender who is a quite attractive blonde Irish lass. She was very familiar with a couple of locals talking apartment specifics after hurricane sandy. Good list of beers founders stands out, local sixpoints, bluepoint, etc.

Went here last weekend with my wife. What appears to be a bar and a few tables is actually a decent sized resturant. Open faced brick, lively crowd, alt music.... Cool place.
Beer selection was good. Nothing terribly special, however they did have founderís breakfast stout on tap.
Service was quick and diligent.
They have two menus, one is for the bar but many at the tables were ordering from it, the other is entrees.
As far as value, i think for NYC standards its is reasonably priced, but i do not rate based on the city located in.
Will def go back if in that area of the city again.

Definitely more a restaurant than a bar, the front section is full of TV screens while the back is cosier and more for eating in. Friendly, helpful and reasonably knowledgeable staff, nice food - not cheap, but hey, this is NYC - and a fine choice of beers, both draught and bottled.
