What makes this place is they brew their own beers. Their regulars are tasty but it’s their special batches that are the shit. Black India Ale, Up Yer Kilt, Amber Ale and Paddy’s London Porter...all awesome and wish I get more often!

Dingy pub heavily focused on pokie machines and punters betting on the daily races. Six beers brewed on premise but don’t expect much. Lion Nathan still dominates the taps here though so you can find the finest QLD swill on offer. Was surprised to spot a couple of Green Flash and Bear Republic bottles in the fridge, so it’s not all bad.

Ambiance is toward the grottier end of the scale, but is due to be renovated. There are some good solid beers in the house line up and both the beers and food are pretty good value. Well worth a lazy afternoon visit.
