Sited just to the north of the Cabot Circus shopping mall, between Brunswick and Portland Squares. Open for a year, having previously been a wine bar. Unsuprisingly, this pub specialises in cider with 9 being available on draught during the week, and another 15 being sold from polypins at the weekend. Thatchers and Broadoak ciders are available throughout the week, with the likes of Crossmans, Richs and Hecks on Saturday and Sunday. Service was friendly. Won third place in the CAMRA SW regional pub of the year competition 2010. Worth a visit. UPDATE APRIL 2014: has now reverted to its previous name of the Surrey Wine Vaults and is under new management. No longer specialises on cider.
