Visited on a national holiday. Nice authentic looking brewpub in one of the nicest parts of Rotterdam. Patio in the front watches over the old Delfshaven harbor and the old buildings in the street. It was a nice sunny day, so we sat outside, later on we moved to the courtyard. So, nice settings aside, the beers were decent and reasonably priced, service friendly but incredibly slow and totally oblivious of the needs of their customers, the house cat came to check on us more often than the staff did. Didn’t try the food, but the menu looked good. The setting and beers will certainly make me visit this place again.

This place was very quiet on a snowy Sunday evening. Set in a nice harbor area of a small village that was engulfed by Rotterdam. Six beers on offer, five of them available as a tasting flight for five euro. They were decent enough. Tasty food too

Nice brew pub in a very pretty part of Rotterdam. Beers tried were all very good especially the 2011 Bock. Service ok, didn’t eat but the menu looked interesting. The place to go on a nice sunny day.

The only brewpub in Rotterdam, situated in charming Delfshaven, one of the few historic neighbourhoods in the city. Good beers, nice location, but for some reason not as cosy as it should be. Maybe the locals are not so interested? Staff is good, although I had one bad experience whith a tired waiter complainig about the weather and everything else. Still an obligatory stop in Rotterdam, the beers are worth the metro ride!

This is a quant and cozy little brewpub on the heart of Delshaven. The beers they make are far from little. We met the head brewer Wesly whom gave us the grand tour and let us sample his great beer. The ambiance is great and the beer is a good value. I didn’t have any food but the locals tell me it is good. All in all, this should be a stop on Anyones trip.

6 taps of their own brews. OK prices. Very nice location, especially patio is idyllic and it was full on Friday afternoon. I guess it’s quite popular place to have wedding since it was crowded by wedding guests also this time. Unfortunately service wasn’t that great and they were out of most of the beers. They didn’t recommend to have V.S.O.P. and Chocolate Stout since those weren’t in cold. I was wondering if it’s so seldom that somebody decides to try those so there’s no point having them in cold? Strange.

One of the best buildings in all old Rotterdam, located in a great place (specially for a sunny day). Nice decoration. Although their beer is nice, its not the best you can get. But its a really nice place to spend your Sunday afternoon.

Been there for a wedding. I tasted some of their beers. Did not try the food. Good old style atmosphere, friendly personnel. Has character & history. Just near the birthplace of Piet Hein. I would recommend it for tourists.
