One of the best beer bars I’ve ever been to. I was in Seattle two days and went here 3 seperate times. The night I landed, the following day for lunch, and then again that night for dinner. Great food, great people, and so many beers I wanted to try I didn’t see the point in going anywhere else. I love this place and it’s definitely a must visit for anyone going to Seattle.

Arguably the best beer bar in the history of beer. The tap list is more than enough to blow any beer geek’s mind. I counted seven rare sour ales on tap. Nearly any style a man with taste would want is well represented. Tap prices are honestly not bad for this kind of beer. The bottle list is much more expensive, but nearly endlessly vast. I ate delicious beer battered lingcod with pommes frites. Any beer lover in Seattle needs to make a pilgrimage to this Brouwer;s.

Big Wood Festival was awesome. Ive been many times otherwise and am always thrilled by something on the draft lineup. Food is fine, but kind of expensive. I suppose it matches the beer.

Great place with an incredible daily selection and occasional themed events (my favorite was the Big Wood festival). Lots of Belgians on tap, along with plenty from around the Pacific NW and the rest of the US. Service is usually busy, but they’re friendly and eager to tell you about the beers they have. The place is huge, and I really like the weird Medieval decor. A must stop if you’re in the Seattle area.

Best beer bar that I’ve ever visited. Great tap selection included a wide range of offerings including some Allagash. The bottle selection was second to none. I enjoyed Cherry Adam from the Wood and Ivan the Terrible. If I had more time, I probably would have maxed out my credit card.

This place is heaven! They have a huge selection of beer on tap, an even larger selection of bottles and a website listing the beers they sell which is always up to date. The staff is knowledgeable about their beers, and can answer any question I’ve thrown at them. They serve their beer in the proper glasses and often use the brewer’s own glass. The food is excellent--especially the pommes frites--and they have a reasonably priced menu with a very good happy hour. In addition they have a skylight in the roof which gives the place a really neat feel on a sunny day, they have outside seating (which is nice but can be really loud), and the hand-dryer in the bathroom really works!

Fantastic taproom in Seattle. Stellar selection of beer and scotch. Staff very knowledgable and helpful...knew the beer I wanted in 5 seconds, saved me the trouble of scanning the menu. Top notch.

Don’t have much to add - you’ve read the reviews. Simply outstanding.

Brouwer’s was one of the first stops on our West Coast Beer Adventure / Family vacation. Easily one of the best and most memorable beer bars I’ve ever been to in my life. Huge, spacious bar with multiple levels and a huge bar. We sat at the bourbon bar. The beer list is incredible - the draft list is enormous, impressive and diversive; then you look at the bottle list....blown away. Topped the visit off with a Drie Font Hommage. Everything is reasonably priced. All of the staff was friendly and funny. One of the girls actually drew us driving directions to a few of the other beer bars around town. Incredible hospitality. This is your first priority if ever stopping through Seattle. Could be the best beer bar in the world as far as I’m concerned.

You simply must go here if in Seattle. My only knock is the price on some of the food but I am a cheap bastard.
