nice enough place, though a bit sterile. beers not up to much tbh, didnít help that we just missed a dark beer, so instead they put on their new ímocneí which like most mocne beers was like paintstripper...

Nice brewpub in the old town. Very quiet when I visited on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly service and the Brandusis beer was tasty. Three of their own beers on tap. Nice interiour, but the bathrooms have seen better days. Worth a visit.

A nice brewpub. There are currently two brewpubs in Vilnius, Prie Katedros and Busi Trecias. Both are central. I much preferred the more rustic old-place feeling of Busi Trecias. Both offers rather very drinkable but rather bland beers. Food was more elaborated at Prie Katedros. I felt much more comfortable in the warmer atmosphere of Busi Trecias so this one is my favorite. Sill, brewpubs just ainít the good places to drink beer in Vilnius, the best beer experiences are in beer bars.

Went in 2012 and had a great experience. Bar man was very friendly and helpful. Met some nice people. Had all three breers brewed on the premises. Brandosius was the best. Potatoe pancakes and Silkes was great. Returned in June 2013 and had a different experience. Beers wer good and a chess night next door was entertaining but the bar man made me scared to be there. Had a permanent scowl and made me feel very unwelcome despite numerous attempts to start a conversation (albeit in poor Lithuanian).

Worth visiting to sample the brews, although I found it a bit difficult to make myself understood as the waitress didnít speak English and I had to point at the menu a lot. Certainly nothing to criticise her for, but it made my visit slightly more awkward. Visited in January 2009.

A bit dusty, but friendly pub, which has a good location near another brewpub, Katedros. I didnít eat, but this seemed to be very popular among the locals. Bartender was friendly. Beers are nothing special, but a bit more interesting than in another two brewpubs of Vilnius.

Somewhat grungy bar, but the service was fine, and the food was very good for being simple pub grub. Fairly loud when I was there. The beers are nothing much. Overall I think itís worth a quick visit, and if you want to get drunk and chat with locals itís probably a fun place.

Shitty service, poor beer, toilet really stank of piss and while drinking my beers at the bar I could look into the kitchen: fat woman cooking and eating from the frying pan, picking things out of it and throwing it in the floor....... So disappointed about the place. Really, avoid this place. Go to a supermarket and buy beer or even better: head for Snekutis or Alus Namai!

Went there a few nights ago. Was a little slow. Sat at the bar and started out with their own lighter beer. It was ok, but nothing special. One girl, perhaps family, spoke english, nobody else did too much. The guy bartending was polite enough, but just barely. Got a Lithuanian salad which was good but had a ton of mayo so it had to be good, plus a bowl of this ground beef stew-like stuff that was fantastic. Believe it was called witcheís tears. I think the owner/brewmaster offered me some of their dark brew and was really interested to see if I liked it. I did. Boy, did I ever. It was superb - a baltic porter. Cost was reasonable. And it was fairly easy to find. Iíd go again.
