(Visited July 2014) Nice and friendly bar in the residential area of Friedrichshain, not too far away from Ostkreutz train station. It’s just a small and slightly dark bar, with a a couple of tables outside on the pavement. Atmosphere is laid back and service friendly and efficient. Four good beers from Schönramer on tap. And the guy running the place seemed to go through the whole Deep Purple 70’s catalogue on the vinyl player, which made the evening quite enjoyable. Worth a visit if you’re in the area, and it’s within walking distance from Hops & Barley.

Small and extraordinarily pleasant pub for the unpretentious part of the residents of Berlin’s young-people district Friedrichshain. Probably the only bar within a radius of 300 km that has several kinds of Schönramer on tap. (Not the magnificent Schönramer Pils, though.)
