Located on St. Olavs plass, in an old Pharmacy, high ceilings and a classic decorated Cafe. Some beers from Schoukjelleren, and sometimes some others from Norwegian micros. Food looks nice as well.

Nice old interior style. And a bit away from the worst tourist areas of Oslo.
Good cafe food and an unusual nice beer selection for an cafe.

Nice café in a central location. Not a huge selection of beer, but some from Nřgne Ř and Haandbryggeriet plus Belgian classics as Rochefort and Chimay. "Bar Babylon" in the same building has a wider and more exciting selection of beer (they share the backyard). The café and the bar has the same owner as Lompa (Olympen).

It use to be called "Apotheket" because it was an old farmacy located there before. For reasons nobody knows they hold the name backwards now. Nice classic decor but with an informal ambiance. Normal standard norwegian service. Normal selection on tap beer but lately a good selection on bottled beer from norwegian micros and other foreign brands. Normal café food, tapas with a turkish touch. Good place to have a couple of ales in a sunny or rainy afternoon. Or to start the evening.
