Used to come here years ago and now its very microíd up as soon as you go in hang a left and keep walking to a nice U shaped area... Big selection aged brews going back 2-4 years and pretty organized (although dusting the bottles would be nice). Fantome, Dieu di Ciel, Struise, Mikkeller, Southern Tier, Captain Lawrence, Founders and some aged Italian brews just to name a few. Some good rare finds here ask for their beer guy Mike if your not up on whats just in or just to bs he was very nice to talk to. All and all a nice place to find rarities and newer stuff and the prices are fair.

Nice selection of rare beers, but the stock seems to fluctuate. Sometimes it seems that they donít have much. Prices are decent.

good selection of seasonals, but sometimes run out to fast. theres a good amount of american micro and craft brewed beers along with their special releases. nice selection of real belgium beers and trappist beers, but they seem to run out of rochefort 10 a little to fast. usally have 3 of chimays, but the trappist achel are all skunked because they were left in the sun, very disapointing. also. the location is in burlington twp. in not a so good spot and you get a group of mixed characters that come up in here. but the beers are good.

The sign outside says "Rare Beers" For the amount of German, Belgian, Scandinavian, and other Euros, I believe them. Other than that, they have a pretty good selection of American micros. This beats out any other Canalís Iíve been to and even Red White and Brew. Most places around here pale in comparison to the selection. Unfortunately for them, they are located near Burlington. If you do go there, ask for the beer guy (I think his name is Mike). Heíll point you in the right direction.

Pretty good selection for the area itís in. Struise, Mikkeller, Southern Tier, and Founders. Some prices are a bit steep. 5% on mix 6ís which is cool. Had a convo with a couple of beer guys. Good people.

Fairly average place. Decent selection of micros, but not outstanding. Same goes for the prices. The free wine tastings are nice when youíre stopping in anyway!

Big display. Not very well oraganized. Some rare stuff and some nice treats sprinkled in the mix. Good selection local singles. Decent price along with the 5% discount on larger purchases of the singles.

Canalís... Well from the outside this place is nothing special, but inside this place has 2 really good things going for it.
First, a great selection of rare beers available individually and by the case and every combo in between. Itís a great selection and new brews come in every week. T
The second is Mike, my personal beer shrink. My guess is this guy was a trapist monk in a former life. He is a regular guy, who really knows his beer and gets to know his clients. After one of his consultations I certainly donít feel like a plain old customer...
Prices are good and youíll get a 5% dicount if you buy 6 or more...
Very easy to get to from PA (Burlington-Bristol Bridge) or anywhere in central NJ. (just minutes off I-295 and NJ Turnpike Ex. 5) Worth the trip!

After seeing the reviews here, I took a trip from Trenton to Burlington. Note that Circle Liquors Super Saver (a great craft singles selection) is like 5 minutes from where I live. When I walked in, I saw the fridge with two sections of singles and craft beer and was disappointed. Then I turned the corner and my jaw dropped. I met Mike within 15 minutes of showing up, and he was a whirlwind of help. Iíd go as far as to say that he is one of the few people who have the ability and will to influence the alcohol retail industry in the greater Trenton Area who also truly get the new surge in the appreciation of craft beer. He spent time finding out my tastes, making suggestions, and he pulled out a few special bottles he thought I might enjoy, each of which I purchased. The selection is not to be believed, and it is all due to Mike. Great place, great selection, and unbelievable service. Thanks, Mike.

The selection in this store is very big and varries. Lots of brews that were here before, are no longer present. Holes are all over the place and it looks like swiss cheese. This is all due to the fact of not reordering product and the lack of budget. Mikey is very knowledgeable in beer and he can help you out when you stop in. Some of the prices are off the wall, but some are very reasonable. Iíd say now this place is hit or miss depending when you stop in. Get on Mikeys email list if you can and heíll shoot you emails when new product or rare things roll through the door.
