Stopped in twice during my stay in Belgium. Not much to say that hasn’t been already. I’d recommend the walking tour pdf on their web site if it’s your first time visiting Brussels.

A very nice place, historic and the atmosphere is amazing. They have a small bar, with an amazing selection of their own beers. There is also a bottle shop with a nice selection.

Pleasant historic brewery smushed into a tiny two story building using original equipment. Take the tour for the samples. Load up on bottles to go becase the prices are rock bottom. Walking distance to pretty mcun everything. Be careful of what days they are open as we missed a full day and had to stop in for a short visit before catching a train.

What to say about this place that has not already been said... Not regarding Cantillon as a brewery and apart from its fantastic range of lambics, the place as such is one of those great benchmarks of Belgian beer culture and a must see for every lambic afficionado. The passion of the Van Roys is legendary, they work hard to keep this place as authentically a lambic brewery as can be, and for this reason alone, it more than deserves its self-proclaimed museum status. The open house days are legendary and there is always some or other interesting bottle to be found for purchase here. Been here many times in the past and it’s about time I get my ass over there again, especially now that Zwanze Day is upon us again...

For every beergeek, this is the most important place to visit, when you’re in Brussels. You’ll meet some of the friendliest people, who have a real passion for their lambics. The atmosphere is amazing in this cozy place.

TO EVERYONE VISITING CANTILLON Give me a heads up, I’d love to hang out with a fellow RB and share some bottles.

Visited 12-SEP-2015, with Ulkløbben. We booked a guide - Alberto - for an extra 50€. Well worth it. Faboulous guide. Very intertaining - not always relying on facts but very enthusiastic:-) Arrived early for our tour, so we started with a fresh unlabeled Fou Foune. Not bad to have a beer that was not yet released. Tour lasted 1½ hour and afterwards (included) we had two glasses of beer. We also had a few additional bottles like Lou Pepe Framboise 2012. Surprised to see how many vistiors they could let in. Not too crowded but nice with other geeks in the house. Must visit.

A fantastic working brewery containing what seems like every bit of kit they’ve ever owned, with bottles crammed maturing in every corner. Not brewing on our visit of course. Friendly but gruff service, staff up for a chat if not too busy. an 18mont oude lambiek and choice of kriek or st gilloise included in the 7euro entry fee then plenty of other beers to be going at, including on our visit fantastic fresh apricotty fou foune from the tank. Bottles available included Cuvee Florian (Zwanse 2014), lou pepe framboise, brewery exclusive carignan and vignerone. unfortunately slim pickings for take away, just the core range. Looks like we missed out on 50N by a few days. Excellent value for money with 75Cl bottles 10-18Euro and pours 2-3Euro

A must see when in Brussels. Interesting self-guided tour with 2 beers afterwards. I’d imagine you need to hit the right time of year for a full selection of takeaway and sit-in bottles but I was happy with what I managed. Expect it to be rammed with tourists.
