Stopped here mid-morning to do the self-guided brewery tour, which is very well set up. Picked up a few bottles afterward, along with a t-shirt and sat in to enjoy a couple of beers as well. Extremely reasonable pricing - you won’t find Cantillon any cheaper. Personnel are very friendly and accommodating. An absolute must stop when in Brussels.

Must-visit in Bussels. Really nice museum, with all the original machinery. Self guided tour. Perfect to have a drink or two or to buy some bottles.

Really cool place to see if you are in Brussels. Took the self guided tour with the two samples at the end. The ambiance was amazing and so was the service. The selection was OK. They only had a few of the regulars available and sparingly at that. Still was an awesome experience that was worth the trip.

For every beergeek, this is the most important place to visit when you’re in Brussels. Friendly people, who have a real passion for their lambics. Atmosphere is amazing in this cozy place. TO EVERYONE VISITING CANTILLON, give me a heads up, I’d love to trade/share some bottles! (Beer availabilty last edited: 14th of June 2014 --- For take away: Gueuze, Kriek, Rosé de Gambrinus, Grand Cru Bruocsella and Iris).

Visited several times during trips to Brussels. An obvious must visit for the sour /lambic beer nerd. The location is a little off the beaten path but still very accessible by foot or public transportation. It is a brewery so the atmosphere is just that. You have an opportunity to walk through the brewery for a small fee that includes a couple of small pours upon completion. There is always an opportunity to purchase some rarities for onsite consumption and the standard fare to take away. It depends on timing if they have some of the more popular favorites as Fou Foune or St. Lamvinus. Overall, a must visit for the sour/lambic beer nerd. World class brewery and family that continues to keep to its values of making the best lambics in the world. Highly recommended.

This is a magical place with enough aura and history to entrance anyone. Bottles are sold at a rate that can be found literally nowhere else.

A must visit while in Brussels. The atmosphere is amazing. You take a tour, and then you are being offered a sample of Cantillon beers to try. Not expensive either

Neighborhood was slightly ghetto but I proceeded with an open mind and i’m glad I did. As I entered, the smell of delicious beer in barrels rushed into my nose. I proceeded to the counter where I was greeted and given a pamphlet for a self guided tour. The entire process was on display and seeing the process, tradition, etc. was absolutely stunning. After the tour there is a a tasting at their bar which I followed up with a bottle of 50 N 4 E. I purchased it for 18 euro at their bar and saw it at another bar the same night for 60 euro. Great merch is available and the ambiance is perfect. If i’m ever in brussels again, Cantillon is someplace I must stop.

2nd day in Brussels. First time here. Welcome with a big smile and humor : always good ! Atmosphere aroma is so attractive. I wish I had a real guide and not just a guide book. But at the end, a competent person can explain you everything you want on Cantillon and Lambics. They offered me a glass of 18 month old Lambic and one of gueuze. Selection is great if you consider it’s just a brewery : look at the beers available ! Overall, interesting, charming and inspiring place and team. Keep this passion and free independent state of mind.
