Fantastic beer baar in the middle of Stavanger, Norway. Huge selection, owner going on beer runs in other countries at least once per month. Ever 2 monday in the month they have a tasting for around 30 euros. Recommended. Staff really knows their beers. A must see for a beer lover

I came here at the suggestion of Sigmund for the Mandag Squared event. They had an amazing lineup of beers at a great price, 250 NOK. AND they had a Micahel Jackson movie! The real Michael Jackson, not the dead popstar. More than 70 people attended the tasting, probably because the next day was a holiday. The beers weenjoyed from the bottle list after the tasting were even more amazing. Thoroughly enjoyable, and definitely worth the trip from Oslo.

A great place with a huge selection of beer from all around the word. The staff are helpful and well informed about the different types of beer. On tap you’ll find local beers as well as nondomestic and beer from other locations in Norway. The atmosphere is calm without load music. A place where you can sit down and chat with your friends.

I visit Cardinal every time i am i Stavanger. They have a enormous assortment of beers, and the barkeepers has a good competence on beers. My favourite bar!

My local favourite! A pub for beer enthusiasts. If you are in for a excessively revelry, find another place! Great service and many among the staff are really knowledgeable about the beers they are serving. Beer from Nøgne Ø, Ægir, Haandbryggeriet, Lervig, Berentsens and many more on tap. Cardinal belongs to one of the best beer pubs I’ve ever been to. With currently 20+ beers on tap and around 500 on bottle, the selection is overwhelming. The selection of beers on tap is changing frequently, and there is a big variety of Norwegian microbrews available.

Storartet utvalg både på flaske og fat, og betjeningen er alltid like hyggelig og imøtekommende. Dyrt, men det koster nok å holde det som må være Norges (og kanskje Skandinavias) bredeste og beste utvalg. Stadig nye og spennende øl på kranene, ofte øl du ikke får andre steder. Mandag i Annen er julaften hver gang.
