Widest selection I have seen in a bar. Several Thornbridge and Fyne on cask 12 decent keg beers including Mikkeler and literally 100s of bottles from renowned worldwide craft brewers including Alesmith Prices on the high side. But you must pay for quality. Initial selection advice from barman was good including tasters Ambiance nothing special but it was a Tuesday afternoon

Crikey, now I realise Iíve never reviewed this place & I guess most of what needs to be said has been said already. To be honest, as far as pub architecture & character goes, itís no great shakes - although far better than the dump it used to be under Greene King management. Nonetheless, the atmosphere is often great simply because of the people. But itís all about the beer really. The cask & keg offerings are always carefully chosen - one of the first UK multi-tap places to really care about quality - both UK and imports - rather than just the quantity. Of course the quantity, both on draught and in bottle, is pretty impressive too. Although there are plenty more "craft" beer bars than when Cask first opened, the opposition still struggles to keep up. Monthly meet the brewer nights / tap takeovers are a highlight. On the downside, if it werenít for the beer range, itís not a place Iíd really linger long in at quiet times. And when itís busy, it can be really busy (and stiflingly hot). So visiting times have to be chosen with some care. Strangely, Iíve never eaten here.

This place has an awesome bottle selection. The draft selection was great and quite diverse. However, they were very heavy on strong stouts, which I found an odd choice for the middle of August. I enjoyed a delicious De Molen, and they had offerings from London microbreweries, Craft brews from the U.K and greater Europe as well. The service was lacking, the bartender was unable to answer most of the questions I asked, and the service was rather cold in attitude (maybe because Iím American, but I would hope not considering beer love in universal) . Looking at other peopleís ratings possibly she was just having an off day, weíre all human. Overall, I would definitely revisit this place.

My regular post work boozer since it opened under itís present guise circa Sep í09 (previously the Pimlico Tram). 10 cask ales, 12 keg taps and 4 or more hundred bottles with many harder to get US and Scandatlantic (particularly Mikkeller) offerings. Was in here just 4 hours ago and had cask ales from Dark Star, Fyne, Ilkley and keg offerings from Mikkeller (7 or 8 single hop varietis) and Against the Grain. Can get pretty packed after 5pm on a weekday evening and often doesnít thin till 9 ! Food is decent enough but could be better in the service sense . . . on more than one occasion my order has vanished into the ether and Iíve had to go back and re-order and/or put up with food that is a little too cold! Itís all about the beer however and the staff are fairly knowledgeable and if your particular server isnít, thereíll be someone at hand who is !

This is a really great place. Went there two times on my last visit to London. Nice atmosphere, good place to sit and drink a bunch of awesome beer. The food is typical British - had the sunday roast which was ok. It is a bit pricy but this is made up by great service and great selection. The staff really know what they are selling and really helpful. They also let me taste few from the tap before i bought which is something i value a lot.

Nice modern looking interior, which holds in between a pub and a restaurant. Great atmosphere and super staff. I visited just after the pizza port tap takeover, so there was a lot of pizza port available still. Visited on sunday, perfect for the sunday roast. Especially the desserts were absolutely wonderful. London is the new beercapital in Europe. Must visit!

Geat friendly place that specializes in bottles and taps from around the world. Very relaxing, great food although the menu is small. One of the best craft beer places in London.

Very nice place in the heart of London. Ambiance is good thanks to the cheerish crowd. Forniture seems pretty standard pubís, with wooden tables and chairs. Quite many seats. Personnel was not exactly the friendliest, but it was a super busy Saturday night, so thatís comprehensible. Selection is really good, with Northern Europe, Mikkeller, Cantillon, Americans (a lot) and British crafts represented. 20 taps/casks and very nice bottle selection. Canít really comment on the taps selection since I got there during a tap takeover for a "meet the brewer" event. Food was good and choice is quite deep, almost very deep is compared to other craft beer establishments in London. Value, though, is the weak point. I drank 3 half pints and eat a burger, for a total of £25. I can drink/eat the same in other craft beer bars in London for almost half the cost. Overall, Iíd say a positive experience, and Iíll definitely try to check out this place again during more quiet hours.

the ONLY place in London worth a dam, Craft sister bar is supposedly good as well. Had 12 micro casks, all that I tried weíre excellent. Huge cellar with tons of mikkeller and harder to find American beers like Anchorage and Cigar City.

This place has an outstanding selection of beer! The bottle fridges are epic and although stocking regular favorites (particularly Mikkeller) they do tend to rotate the selction somewhat. However in my opinion this pub is all about the tap selection. Itís not just about the number of taps but also the frequency at which the selection rotates. Cask is also a great promoter of British craft beer, which is always nice! Of note are the "Meet the Brewer" evenings they put on once a month on a Monday evening. A great opportunity to meet the guy (or girl) who has provided you with your beverage and also try (what is usually) an extensive selection of their beer. One negative is the prices are still up there, but this is common for craft beer in Central London. Also, it would benefit from larger premises (especially due to its popularity). Donít let that put you off though, this place is well worth a visit and will surely have something on offer that you havenít tried before...
