Unbelieveable but the selection has improved since my last visit, Best prices in I have found along the I-696 corridor. Michael and Dean are very helpful. Decore still is a little different with the stuffed animals but as before Kids like them though. My husband loved the two beer tastings he has been too also. I highly recommend.

I like to try different beers. I couldn’t possibly keep up with all the beer they have at this store. Beer expert on hand. Outstanding place. Cheapest prices around too.

lol the first rating factor ambiance hahaha very funny - reminds me of a grocery store i used to go to when i was a little kid, it had stuffed bears in it and stuffed turkeys and all sorts of waterfowl - well champanes has stuffed tigers and other assorted oddities that rock, wide open floorplan, with shelving everywhere, the wine selection is massive and the beer isnt bad either, the main thing to say about this place is: IT IS CHEAP! 10.99 for a 6er of hopslam?!??!?! i mean come on! i just picked up some kentucky breakfast stout for 15.99, love this place, only 2 digs are.... 1. people know about the selection and prices so stuff tends to fly off the shelves, 2. its not open late, great staff, great prices, and they actually check out ratebeer, so they are in the know....... so if you are headed to kuhnhenn for lunch or early saturday, stop by, it is just around the corner!

If you like to find many amazing beers and wines at the best prices in Metro Detroit, this is the place. Great selection of domestic craft beers and imports at cheap cheap prices. Look no further if you’re hunting Bells Beer and you’ve paid $9-10 elsewhere. I’ve found Bells on special here for 7 and $8. Right north of the GM Tech center in Warren, perfect for catching them on my ride home.

Has always had a great selection of wine and liquor but the beer section is finally starting to grow.
Extra marks for having the best prices (by far!!!).
Lower service rating because of the short hours (close by 5 or 6).
Keep up the great work.

Bumping the Service and Overall up by a point as they are now open until 8pm and also have Sunday hours. More singles are now available in the front coolers as well.

I was overwhelmed by the sheer size, it had almost everything you could think of. Of course, the one beer I was trying to find was not there, but other than that, it was great!

Not the largest beer selection but they carry a good number of craft beers and there prices are the best around. If your in the area Champane’s is definitely worth checking out.

The absolute best place in town. Pretty goofy decor....u gotta like stuffed dead animals. Staff is ok. Selection is pretty good for beer, awesome for wine, and the prices cannot be beaten. This is worth the extra 1/2 drive for me.

1st I need to apology to the owners and staff for not rating this sooner. This is my go to place to get beer. They have the best prices for beer and wine bar none. I just got back from picking up hopslam 11.00, expedition 12.00, stone ab 3.29 and rare vos for 6.99. They just expanded the beer section to include more Mi. and other micro beers. The staff that is on the floor are knowedgeable about the beer and wine. The only draw back is that they do not have a single section but I do not hold that against them, but with the low prices you can buy 2 or 3 or more different 6ers if you want a sample. If you are in the Detroit area this is a place to stop and stock up on all those beers you like to drink. A little added bonus that they offer is the they do beer and wine tastings and the proceeds go to local charities so check out the website to see what is they are doing.
