80 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 12/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 16/20 Solid tap selection, probably the best in Fort Collins- several Avery beers, Chimay, and specialty beers from NB and Odells. Also quite a few bottles from Avery, NB, Odells, and belgians. The meats and cheeses are great, I buy from them almost every week. The stuff is USDA choice and I believe much of it is organically farmed. Still need to try some of the prepared food they offer. Amazingly good food. A great burger with a bourbon barrel imperial stout hit the spot but at almost $20 for the two, the value isn’t quite there. Order food at a counter, wait a 1/2 hour, drink kickass tap beer, stuff your face. Wash. Repeat. One of the best selections in the world. Not a huge list, but some ultra rare picks. They even get Younger in, which is cool for such a small little stop. If you are in Ft.
