Great ambiance, very local feeling. Service was great. The beer selection is something amazing, only the best of the best on tap, including rare and hard to find beers. Food was absolutely fantastic. Most of the beers are very reasonably priced for what you are getting on tap, food is pretty good price for the quality too. Overall, I though it was amazing. I need to get in there more to try some of their specialties.

Does a lot to live up to high expectations. Delicious food (esp. the buffalo Reuben), great selection of high class beers.

Nice selection, a little bit of something for everyone, Belgians, Colorado, Cali stuff. Steady stream of people coming through. I got the buffalo Reuben, was good

Cool spot in Fort Collins. I didnít drive there, but it seemed that parking might not be easily available on busy days. Pretty crowded around lunch time. Food was pretty solid, as was the beer list, with many local options and good stuff from outside CO. Lots of taps. Iíd definitely eat there again if I was in the area.

Cool little restaurant/deli/bar. Beer selection is pretty sizable and they had a bunch of local, interesting stuff. Friendly and quick service, really pleasant people and a really inviting place. They have a small patio as well as some tables inside. The food selection was nice, some interesting sausages and cold cuts, but didnít eat anything (smelled good, though). Would certainly come back here.

Visited October 5, 2013 with adneilson and womencantsail.

This is a combination butcher shop/deli, bar, and restaurant. Very odd. I guess itís been around a while and they were even fairly high up on the Ratebeer places list at one point. They have a good number of taps with some good choices. Naturally we went with the three beers we hadnít tried before. They even had a special beer made for them by New Belgium called Sausageweizen (hefe with sausages spices in it). Service was very friendly though it was dinner time so we had to sit outside in the cold (not that bad really) and drink our beers and they wouldnít do flights but thatís fine. They have a number of interesting meats too, like some rabbit sausage and antelope/buffalo sausage. No reason not to stop here at least once.

A must-stop in Fort Collins. Fantastic selection of around 40 taps and a nice bottle list. Nice downtown location with good service and great food. One of my favorite places in Fort Collins. Truly a world class establishment.

We had an early lunch here before hitting the FC breweries on a Friday afternoon. The service was super friendly and they were throwing burgers together by hand when we walked in, so 4 of 6 of us got burgers. The other 2 got sandwiches; all were happy. The beer list has some crazy stuff on it; 3 New Belgian beers Iíd never heard of and may have ordered in hindsight if I didnít think they might be at the brewery later (they werenít). Less than half of the list was familiar to me. Tons of American crafts, deep cuts, and Belgians. Prices are a little on the high end, but fair for what you get. Great place right in the heart of town. A must-visit while youíre here.

Awesome place - our first stop in a Fort Collins quick brewery tour. They had Firestone Walker Parabola on draft (I had 3 pours - it was 10am!). Service was really slow, but they seemed understaffed. The waitress herself was really great. I had the buffalo hash, which was excellent. Great place to stop!
