Youíre in a warehouse. Well, now the beer room is open, and itís pretty awesome, but the real action is in the warehouse, where you can pretty much walk around freely and see the magic being made. The guest taps list has run the gamut from pretty damn boring to incredibly awesome (give me more of that Pegs Cantina Berliner!!!). This is a place where people know beer.

I love the fact that you can drink in the brewery, but they also have an awesome beer room as well. Joey and Wayne are super friendly and almost always open to answer a question. My only complaint about this place is the service in the brewery (in the beer room those guys are on point). I think if they put up an "Order Here" sign, it would speed things up instead of waiting in line (but not sure if you are in an actual line) for 10 minutes to get a brew. But still, awesome awesome awesome place.

Stopped in here today. Was kind of expecting a garage type environment and thats what it was! The beer shrine was lacking some shrine-ness in my humble oppinon but everything else was cool. We were allowed to freely walk around. We had two young kids with us which probably wasnt the best thing but you know. We had to stop! The new bar area is very nice and has tons of potential. Bar tender was a little uninterested but still friendly. We had the Patio Tools and the Expresso Maduro. Both excellent brews. Nice place and worth the visit if in the area!

My first visit to CCB for RBWG 2010 via the Hunahpu release party. What a cool place!
Basically you walk into a big warehouse style area with their new tasting room on the right. The new tasting room is quite nice, though small, with plenty of taps and a great atmosphere. The chalkboard of beers on the wall is a great feature that many bars are implementing these days... I wish more would catch on - what an easy way to show us whatís on tap at that moment. The rest of the place is somewhat drab, but still nice and clean. For the release party they had several areas set up for purchasing beers, which was great because of the crowds.
The selection is mainly their beers with a few guests. Too be expected. Their beers are worth it... seriously.
The beers are pretty much the same price as any other brewery, only much better in general... and man fresh tap beer is great!
Overall, if youíre in Tampa, you canít afford NOT to go to this place. Not a restaurant, mind you, but the beers are completely worth it. DO IT.

A nice little brew pub with a decent sized bar and a few tables. Prices could be better on the beers, but they are of good quality.

Visited for the Hunahpu release party. Loved it! The tasting room was wonderful with fresh CC brews on tap. The staff in that room worked tirelessly during the entire get together, and always with a smile on their face. Wonderful place, will definitely visit again!

Clean, spacious tasting area with comfy barstools around barrels, with a great view of the "action". Our server was a unitasker, and it was very hard to get his attention while he was doing something else, like breathing. Four beer sampler was no charge, all excellent or interesting in a good way. Filled a growler with one of the best IPAs Iíve ever tasted. Overpriced souveniers; Tshirts start at $20. They now sell sixpacks also, but no singles or 750s when I was there. Worth a visit.

Remodeled warehouse building with a garage door entrance. Parking in the front. Clean garden fence format in the center left with tables. Brewing tanks directly in front of you and they were busy brewing during visit. Freindly service with good knowledge of brews. Good sampler selection of above average brews. Good selection of hats, shirts, glass and small growlers. Joey was at city council meeting to get a brewpub permit. Good Luck and I will be back to see the progress.

Warehouse style brewery with a railed-off tasting room section. All the tanks and brewing equipment are in plain view from where you sit. Thereís a large cooler/barrel room with a bunch of taps running off of it, including some guest taps from other local Florida brewers (cool move). Thereís some glassware and shirts available for sale, and growlers are available in 32oz. and 128oz. (1 gal.) sizes (all that are currently legal in FL). Air conditioning is lacking, especially in the summertime, but us Floridians are used to the heat. Joey and Wayne are as nice and easy to talk to as they come. Bottom line: Awesome place run by awesome people who make awesome beer.
