Cigar City’s production brewery with a taproom. Bar up front is mostly for growler fills and pints. Bar towards the back with pints and flights, more house beers and guest taps. Guest beers not available in flights. Very nice draft selection with some variants you probably won’t find elsewhere. Friendly service, a bit slower when busy. No food but there’s the occasional food truck. Stumbling distance from the Hilton Westshore. A must stop in Tampa but I don’t have to tell you that.

Visited before & during RBWG. Large, functional space with a couple of bars (one for growlers & quick service, the other for specialties). Ample parking options including an overflow lot across the street. Chill, relaxed vibes despite it clearly being a very popular place. I visited at 3pm on a workday and didn’t exactly have a lot of seats to choose from. There were a few cool Floridian flourishes such as a small station selling hand-rolled cigars. There’s plenty of beer available, probably 30 or so, many of them one-offs and treatments of their core offerings. No food’s available on site, but it looks like food truck service is common. Prices are solid and flights and tasters are available. In addition to the normal customer experience, the staff were nice enough to host a private tour and mini-tasting of their beers. It was a nice gesture that the group appreciated greatly. A bucket list stop for any beer enthusiast. Strongly recommended.

Huge facility and taproom with separate growler station. 30 or so taps of mostly their beer. A must visit in Tampa.

Stopped at the brewery for the sole purpose of bringing beer home. Beers to go are all in the front room, which is nice so there is a separate staff for that. They also fill any size growler and fill the 1 qt. cans called Crowlers. They open at 11:00 and 1/2 dozen people were waiting when they opened. some to drink at the back room, and some to fill growlers.

Spacious place with two bars. No food at this location, but plenty of good beer, and that’s really the reason for the visit. Flights are available for all CCB beers, but not for the guest taps.

Mecca, part deux. This place was a lot of fun. I did not stop at the front bar, but the back bar had a bunch of taps running (more than 20, but some were out), including some guest beers (CC Cider and Mead is a "guest" brewer here). All CC beers were available in you-pick four beer flights for a couple bucks apiece. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ambiance was open and interesting. Bottles and cans for sale to go in coolers up front. That right there would be enough to make this a must visit, but then, there is the tour. Offered every hour on the hour, the tour is really well put together. You cant actually walk among the fermenters, but you get a good view of everything, including the canning line, and samples are offered at multiple points along the way. Really a lot of fun for $5 (and you get to keep the pint glass, or upgrade to a snifter for $1 more).

Visited the day after Christmas. The area is quite large with 2 bars one in the front with limited selection but handle the growlers and crowlers and the back bar with up to 20 rotating taps. The staff and people there were great. Very helpful, service was quick and prices were a great value. You could do tasting flights of everything on tap, or half or full pours. Some taps blew and were replaced with some one offs throughout the evening. They had a large selection of merchandise and bottles to go. Overall a must visit brewery destination on the beer nerds list. Will be visiting again the next time in the Tampa Bay area. Cheers!
