Stopped at this place mainly because it is on the walk from City Beer to Whole Foods - SOMA, and it had a sign out front advertising more than 100 craft beers in stock. Typicaly liquor/convenience store feel. Beer in coolers in the back. Nothing even remotely special here. Prices are pretty good, but being sandwiched between two great beer shopping locations makes this place a pass unless you are desperate.

Well this was the first beer place I visited in San Francisco. I’m surprised it is not listed on the site. It’s a small grocery store that sells some delicatessen and prepares gourmet sandwiches and stuff. Pretty much like a Gas Station’s minimarket. The difference is the very nice selection of beers and wines it has. A great selection of American Micros and the most important thing is that the prices were excellent. Most singles costed less than $2 US dollars, Got an Arrogant Bastard Ale growler for $4.99 too. I recommend this place in the Soma area. I still have to visit City Beer and other places in the area.
