Small and fairly anonymous looking from the outside, only to find a remarkably cozy interior and a wonderful staff. Sometimes theyíre a little cold until you engage them, but I have found the level of knowledge to be very high, regardless of the time I visit. An amazing selection of single bottle domestic and imports. Easily one of the best stores in Colorado Springs.

My best store overall for selection of Imported and craft beer in 6-12 pack varieties as well as Bombers and rare singles. Staff is helpful and way above par compared to the competition. Wines Dominate the store but that is expected. Fine spirits also on hand. Close to I-25, downtown , old northend and westside.

This is a mecca of great beer(and wine) in our little city... donít know how I could have survived without them. They supply all the Trappists, every micro available to the town, including the recently available California beers from Russian River and Lost Abbey... these guys really make the effort to please. Iíve actually given them a wish list and theyíve done their best to get the stuff on it... awesome. Great job guys.

I lived two blocks up the street and Coaltrain was my go-to beer store. I am biased due to my frequent visits that resulted in a good relationship with staff there. Itís not a mega beer store nor a chain, but for a small local shop itís above and beyond anything Iíve come across. I live overseas now, but anytime Iím home I make sure to swing by. Great selection for a small store!

There is a ton of beer here. Most of the selection is of regional six packs in coolers but a few short rows of bombers and 750ís are also available. There were a good number of limited releases and highly desirable breweries such as The Bruery, Lost Abbey, Port are on the shelves. Some of this stuff is pretty old, so Iíd be cautious in selecting things. But there were also plenty of beers that were fresh.

Best youíre gonna find for bottles in Colorado Springs. Tons of domestic and import craft brews. Though, like any liquor store in COS, beer isnít the priority for the staff or customers so a lot of the bottles have been sitting there for awhile. This can be good though as you can find plenty of stuff that ages well just sitting on a shelf. Employees and nice and seem knowledgeable.

Best overall selection in town, especially rare foreign craft. With that said, a lot of the beer crowd, myself included, try not to go in there becuase they hold back or donít tell the general public about some of the specialty beers they get. I understand they hold some of the beers for their tastings, but $50-$75 is a lot to shell out for a rare sour or BA tasting for a lot of us.

Went here and downtown on same weekend. No offer to help. Beers are so tightly packed I missed a whole section during my first trip. I judge stores on selection and this is top notch. Prices are average. No op Ty to mix singles
