Street parking in front and lot parking within a block. Clean older building with the bar in center left with tables for food and beverages. Twelve good standards on tap and over 60 bottles. All were drinkable brews. Freindly bartender with good knowledge of brews. The menu had starters, sandwichs and BBQ dinners. Nice location and I will stop again.

Current Draft List 8/20/2008: Stone IPA, Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, Franziskaner Weiss. Guinness, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale, Peroni, Stella Artois, Great Lakes Eliot Ness, Bluegrass Brewing Co. Nut Brown Ale, Stongbow English Cider, Warstiener Dunkel, Leinenkugel seasonal. This 29 year old bar and restuarant just reopened in June, 2008 after 9 moinths of renovations by new ownership. Housed in an 1830 2 story brick building that served as Bert’s Friendly Cafe (and numbers joint) for 30 years. A diverse Beer Fusion bistro menu. Try the Delaware Short Ribs that are slow cooked for 6 hours in Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. Just 2 blocks south of the Ohio River, in historic Licking Riverside neighborhood, and a short walk to both Cincinnati sport stadiums.
