Headed here with Douglas on Friday the 26th. This is the converted Laurelwood Pizza restaurant, and as far as I could tell, they haven’t made many changes to the layout. So if you ever went way back when, you’ll know what to expect: spacious, wood tables, a little kitsch, and the brewhouse behind the glass. Service was good, if a little basic, and the beer is about the same. Didn’t seem to be altogether too busy, however. Selection of 11 beers leaves plenty of options, and the prices are good. Overall, worth a visit, but it’s ultimately ’one of the guys’.

Quite an odd place. Looks like a mix between a Cracker Barrel and a lower end sports bar. Good service. Cheap prices (1$ a sample). Very few patrons on a Friday night. Some of the beer was quite good, certainly worth a visit.

Visited around 3pm on Tuesday 11/11/14. The place was pretty deserted during our stop, literally 4 or 5 other folks at the bar. The decor is on the basic side, tiled floor, wooden tables/chairs, brewing kit visibile, a little cold, the sort of place to wrack up quick ticks as opposed to stay and relax. 12 beers on tap during our visit, available as tasters. Beers were pretty good, certainly when compared to a lot of other brewpubs we’d hit on in OR during this visit. A good range of styles were represented including a couple of BA options. All beers brewed there. Rating average was a solid 3.34, only the blah wheat beer fell below 3. Definately somewhere to consider if on this side of the Wilamette. Alameda and Beaumont Market aren’t too far away as well as others.

Relaxed lunchtime atmosphere during my visit and fairly quiet. Friendly staff and a good rang of CRB beers

I liked the space when it was antoher brewpub and still do, always try to sit close tot he windows. Fair range of brews but I wasn’t impressed by the brews--not bad, but we have many good options here. Decent food. Pleasant enough overall, but nothing distinctive, and lackluster brews

A comfortable and freindly brewpub. Service was good during a pretty packed happy hour. 9 taps of their own brew covering most styles. a limited selection of spirits and I think I saw some wine being served. Nice long bar with plenty of additional seating at tables and a buddy bar. Outside patio area had some picnic tables that I am sure are full during the summer.Food looked good but I did not have any so I can not rate it. A couple of TV sets to watch the game and I believe they were in the process of adding a room for darts. Big glass windows that look down on the brewing operation. A nice place that I will return to.

The atmosphere @ CRB is a little bland. They do have a nice outdoor seating area. The inside is spacious with a good view of their very small brewery. The place lacks decor and an identity except for the 2 kyaks hanging from the ceiling. It was a nice bar, the people were pleasant and they seem to have a nice regular crowd. They did have a great happy hour with $3 pints or $3.75 for a 20oz. Their beers were good but nothing truly jumped out at me. They sort of had the usual selections. Not bad but with all the beer in this town it’s nice to have some character.

They took over an old Luarlewood pizza and brewery. They sure made it there own. Looks the same in some areas but the brews are there own and they are damn tasty. Good Pub food and along the bus and train line this is easy to get to. Glad they are here.

On the former sight of the Laurelwood brewery. Street parking only. Outdoor seating if you want a smoke with your pint. Delicious food, lekker beefsteak. Service was good, I had a pint of stout in my hand before I had a chance to complain. As it’s a brewpub and therefore tied, they serve only their own beers. Full bar, but rather a limited hard liquor selection.
