a fun little Belgian-themed beer bar with a weekend jagerbomb vibe. about a dozen taps, half of them Belgian, though the most exotic thing I found was the Dupont Biere de Miel. small selection of local LA taps including the Eagle Rock Solidarity mild ale on my visit. two doors down from Beachwood so easy to hit during a visit there.

An interesting bar next door (roughly) to Beachwood BBQ and Brewing. The waitresses are donning Catholic schoolgirl skirts, and the waiters had some clothes on that I did not pay attention to or care about. The beers, as everyone else says, are Belgian focused. Actually, this is a rather boring place given its proximity to Beachwood BBQ.

Finally made it here after going to Beachwood the other night. Mostly Belgian style beers on tap, but a nice selection of local/California stuff as well. Service is quite good, and the atmosphere is very inviting. Nice place, but I don’t know if I really need to go back considering Beachwood is pretty much next door.

Literally a few doors down from Beachwood BBQ & Brewing. A worthy stop with a good tap selection and local stuff. Nice looking interior (dark wood, elegant) and a nice covered patio. Didn’t try the food, but it looked decent. Nice and knowledgeable staff members. Prices were decent. A worth while stop if you are at Beachwood.

Had dinner on a Monday night. Seating is first come, and service at the tables is a bit sparse at times. The beer selection, bottle and taps, is pretty good. Bottles are way overpriced, the taps are all $6-9, but a very eclectic selection. Food is limited to small plates, sandwiches, and flatbreads, but tasty. Nice hangout and decor. Waitress in a Catholic schoolgirl outfit is a bit kitchy, but overall a cool place.

Went here finally with a date and had a great time. Cool atmosphere with 30 something taps. I had a Stone smoked chipotle double bastard, 2007 Old Guardian, and a Racer 5 all on tap. Food looked pretty good but I ate prior to arriving so ill check that out next time. Service was super fast every time. They are in the process of opening a new location in Pasadena soon.

WOW finely A place near by with a great selection of eclectic beers. the burgers are off the hook and thier is public transportation near by (Blue Line) that will get me close to home. This one is worth a drive if you dont live close. Make your way to the LBC and have a pint or 2

Nice place with plenty of room and a nice patio for outside sitting. Can’t say much about the service. We sat at the bar right by the register and still didn’t get much attention. My wife’s glass sat empty for almost 10 minutes and nobody even asked if she wanted another round. Finally I flagged a girl down to get another beer. I did not get a good vibe from the servers at all. Food was pretty good and they did have a good beer selection but won’t be my first choice to go when I go out again.

Great place to stop in for a beer in Long Beach. The selection is well above average and served in proper glass ware. Had a Racer 5 on cask which was excellent to try. Ambiance is nice and the outside seating on a warm Saturday is perfect. Outside seating is dog friendly. Food was above average pub fare. Not sure if I like the ordering format of walking up to the case register and waiting in line. Servers we knowledgeable, but I always seem to get stuck behind some guy trying to impress the servers with his knowledge. Hey Buddy, I’m dry and I don’t want to hear about your first Guinness.
