The inside of the brewery resembles a somewhat classy restaurant, with some nice bar stools and tables and a long bar against the wall. On the other side is the pool hall, which sometimes has different beers offered, and is smoke-filled and dark. The beer quality is better than average, but not great, though they somewhat make up for this by offering a lot of beers. Staff is helpful though not very informative concerning the brewery. Chili beer was pretty bad, and the barley wine was downright awful, but the other fare such as stouts and APAs were very good. I was able to find their Punjani on cask while I was there, very good indeed.

Stopped here for dinner with womencantsail and adnielsen. This place is split into two sides, one with some pool tables and the other with the bar and some tables. This place surprised me in a number of ways. The place is very large, they have a lot of taps, and apparently they’ve been around for a long time. We got samples of almost everything and half pints of the ones they wouldn’t sell samples of. They had a beer labeled 13 year old barleywine. The server confirmed that it really was that old. Here in the database there is a beer called the Cache that was entered a few years ago that was already 12 years old. Over all the beers weren’t very good but the food was good as was the atmosphere.

Nice two-sided brewpub in downtown Ft Collins. I must admit, I was pretty hammered by the time I got here after tours thru Ft. Collins, Odell and New Belgium. Their beers (and they had a LOT) were catch as catch can ... some good, some poor. Service was nice. In the end, I’d classify as a slightly above average brewpub. That burger I think I ate was good, too.

First stop on our visit to Ft. Collins. Visited with Aaron and Bobby. About 15 beers on tap along with some craft sodas. Two sides to the brewpub, we sat in the pub side. Really large location. Service was quick, very quick. The burgers were quite good. Beers, on the other hand, were not. Not really a great beer place, but it’s right in the downtown area, so it’w worth a stop.

Great selection of house brews. Plenty of seating both indoors and out with views of the brewing equipment. Great downtown Ft Collins location. Service was great especially considering my waitress was still training. Nice food but mostly standard pub grub.

A bit crowded on the weekend. Still, we got right in. The service was great. The food was fine. So were, or was, the beer. Really should have had a designated driver!

Coopersmiths always has 8-12 of their own beers which is always if you’re looking to rate beers. Unfortunately, most of them are mediocre. The place is actually quite fun to hang out in and the food is good. This should be a part of a Fort Collins beer tour, but I usually schedule it last so you end up downtown.

Stopped by for Lunch. Great beer, decent food, but overall pretty slow service. Parking wasn’t very easy. Beers overall were pretty decent with their kreik taking top honors in my book. Prices were reasonable.

Stopped in for lunch - actually spread out between two buildings divided by an alleyway - pub and pool hall on one side, restaurant and bar on the other - this rating is for the restaurant side - narrow by long interior of moderate size, but relatively limited seating outside of the bar area - good patio space, though - exterior and interior don’t match up - outside is an inviting brick structure - inside has particle board-looking ceiling panels - all wood bar and tables are nice, however - our waitress was nice, but much of the staff seemed sort of annoyed to be there (maybe an off day?) - food was slightly above average, with prices on par with chain restaurants like Chili’s (for example, 8-10 dollar burgers, 8 bucks for soup and half sandwich, etc.) - respectable assortment of brews at reasonable prices (4 and change a pint, 3.25 for 10 oz., 1.95 for 5 oz.) - the beers were solid and distinct, lacking any kind of "house" character - overall a solid place, even considering the number of great places to grab a beer in Fort Collins.

I stopped in breifly, hoping to score a growler of their Oud Bruin, only to discover they don’t put their specialties in growlers. Should have called ahead, but I was poured nice tasting samples anyway. Place was busy and packed. Looked pretty good.
