Went on a Friday afternoon before the Friday rush. The bartender was Donna, the winemaker, and she was very knowledgeable about the beer and if she wasnít, she knew where to look up the answers to my questions. Certainly off the beaten path in Crystal River, but the beers are absolutely solid and the environment is laid back and aside from the occasional TV, perfect for craft beer conversation. Pub food is served, and itís pretty good, they are looking at expanding taps, and they started growlering recently. All in all, a great experience and worth the trip.
