Great selection (especially for an out-of-towner. Every time I am in town, this is a definite stop. Beer, wine, and liquor selection is great. Prices are decent. Build your own Six Pack refrigerated selection is plentiful.

Visited for the first time in a very long time recently, it had been probably 15 years since my last visit. The beer section and selection are extremely large for KS, particularly the singles section, which is entirely refrigerated, for a change. Iíve never seen so many singles at any store I have ever visited, and they carry some of the harder to find beers around here as well. Staff was just a non-factor, just being up front or busy stocking. Prices are certainly fair, not overly cheap or overly expensive, right in the middle, basically. If you donít find what youíre looking for here, youíre probably not going to find it in KS. Lawrence residents, be happy this place exists.

One of the best stores for beer in Lawrence. They make a point of getting pretty much anything available in the area. The thing that sets this store apart is the singles selection. Any craft beer on the shelf can be purchased as a single and they are refrigerated. You pay a bit of a premium, but well worth it in my opinion.
They are active on social media giving updates on new arrivals. They have frequent tastings as well. Also a great selection of wine, if thatís your thing.

Very large store in a university town. Excellent selection. Great singles section. Think everything they stock is available as a single. The singles sections is arranged by style. One of the best selections in Kansas. Well worth a visit.

Visited midday on a Tuesday. I had previously visited the downtown location a few years back, and was expecting the same sort of store. Worlds of difference - this location was much larger, and also had a dedicated section for beer, which included a large cooler offering more or less every beer in the store as a single. Markup on the singles was not ridiculous. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the better stores I have visited in Kansas. Only drawback was the large amount of sunlight hitting the south end of the beer department. If this was in KC, it would be my go-to Kansas side store.

Large liquor depot in a strip mall on the west side of town - very large beer section, with an extensive mix a six selection - seems like everything they have I available as a single - looks like they pretty much have everything available in the state - great prices and sales, plus discounts on the mix a six - should probably be your first stop when looking for beer in Lawrence.

Pretty decent liquor store. Has a very nice selection of microbrews and craft beers from around the world. There are usually some nice specials, mix and match available.

Huge place in a strip mall. Sixers and macros straight agead, bombers and singles on the left and up a ramp. Probably the largest selection Iíve seen on this trip. Staff knew the beer. I find it confusing that the singles are irganized by style, but the bombers by brewery. But thatís just me. I prefer the by-brewery method.

I have only had one "bad"experience at the store, in which it was close to closing time and the employees were probably just ready to leave, but the experience was still great. Every other visit has been even better due to the knowledgeable staff that helps me navigate this storeís amazing beer selection. I work in a small town where beer is interchange with bud lite, and I have to explain to people what an IPA is so I completely love having three or four hundred choices and a staff to talk beer with. Recently the store has made an expansion which includes a massive freezer for their build your own six packs section.talk about icing on the cake! If you live anywhere near Lawrence and love beer, or want to get into craft beer you have to visit this store.
