It was going to be hard to top the visit to Stirchley Wines just around the corner but somehow they did it. The English beer aisle goes on and on including stuff from almost every region - Buxton, The Kernel, Partizan, Arbor, and more. The selection of De Molen and Mikkeller alone would be enough to put this place on any beer nerdís radar. The icing on the cake was discovering a stash of 3F Armand for the fairly reasonable price of £35. That resulted in a few other bottles appearing which I might have seriously considered if I did not have to fly. You have no excuse to pass this place by when in Birmingham.

A superb beer shop and one of the best in Birmingham. They have an unrivalled selection of English beers from the larger breweries and many of the smaller ones too. Their Mikkeller selection is larger than many iíve seen in Denmark. Service is excellent and these guys are passionate about what they do. The prices are very reasonable too. The US selection is fine, but iíd like to see one or two more options there, however, their English selection is truly awesome and that alone makes it well worth the trip!

Possibility the best beer shop in the uk. Selection is 2nd to none. A little overwhelming. At times. A little pricy in places but thatís imports for you, and i found plenty of new uk stuff. Nice little tap room at back, that had a cracking beavertown selection the day i was there

Great bottleshop! Rows of good beers at very good prices and great friendly service. Also very nice to be able to move around in this place, not as cramped as some places. Selection is great but keep an eye on the dates if you are worried by that sort of thing, at least one beer was well beyond itís BBE. Great shop though!

Just visited last night. Superb range of beers and came away with far more than I had initially intended. Friendly staff who leave you to browse but happy to help if needed. Lots of stuff Iíve never found in UK before. Recommended
They now have a 14tap sample room for drinking on premises and akeaway by growler. Good prices, available in thirds, good range of UK and international beers on. Refocussed bottle selection on desirable US, Danish and UK beers (reduced Belgian/German). Bottles saved for me to pick up on the day, soon to offer mail order service

Visited the Monday 10th November 2014. This place is at 15 min by car from the centre of Birmingham. Not difficult to find it. The place is well sorted with a really amazing beer selection from US and from Europe. The selection of British beer is also amazing. I can just recommend this place. You will find very amazing product and some crazy things as a Mikkeller Magnum beer and some Jeroboam. The price for the beer is smart and not excessive. Really amazing place a must to visit.

What a truly spectacular selection. One side of the shop is traditional English and the other are craft breweries. Their stock shifts all the time. So quick itís hard to keep up unless youíre around all the time or on Twitter. Nonetheless, the staff are friendly and informed. Theyíve been doing this for a long time. .

Came here for the Cotteridge Convention.
The selection is excellent - I picked up a couple of big wants and could easily have come away with more if space had permitted. Prices are very reasonable.
Canít fault the service either - friendly and knowledgeable and a curry thrown in for the tasting! Curry is always the way to my heart.
Definitely worth the trip from Birmingham - you could even stop off at the Cadbury factory on the way.

Visited on the 25th Jan, and really impressed. I thought it might be difficult for it to live up to the reviews, but I needent of worried. Great select of beers, and the prices were reasonable. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be back, even its a trip just for this.
