Good quality and quantity of fresh brews. Rare beers for London are legion here. Helpful staff. Frequented by friendly beer lovers that know their pubs well. World class, indeed.

A welcome new addition to the burgeoning London beer scene, the Craft Beer Co. is an old fashioned street corner pub which has been knocked through although it retains some of its original features such as the magnificent hexagonal mirror panelled ceiling. It was very busy when we visited on a Saturday evening during the RBESG and no wonder as the beer range is superb and the service excellent. It was the first time Iíd seen Tom in his new role as manager of the pub. He was in his element and doing a great job.

Update: Three years later and the Craft Beer Co. is still going strong, with several more pubs around town. The service is friendly and the beer selection remains very good indeed. Ratebeerians are always welcome and Tom has made the upstairs room available for us on many occasions, most recently for the Grand Tasting (part 2) during the RBESG 2014. (Last visited 10 August 2014).

Another fine drinking establishment! Nothing like a good old London pub, although this a class above, fantastic choice of cask and hand pulled beers, plenty of bottles too. I will be back!!!

Very modern atmosphere but a bit too crowded at the peak hour. Very good selection of beers on tap and cask. An astonishing range of quality bottles to select from. Prices are decent to moderate high. Been here only once but was worth the visit.

The culmination of my day spent pub-crawling around London and I was probably a bit too far gone when I actually got here. Managed to have a lovely few hours with several of the London crew while I was in though. A lovely, bright spot with a very long bar dominating one side of the bar and some smaller tables scattered throughout the floor space. Very high-ceilinged which helps to keep it feeling open, especially since it seems to be quite a popular spot. Tom was good enough to show me through the cellar as well which was as ramajammed with beery goodness as any Iíve ever seen before. The best bottle selection Iíve seen in London (or really, almost anywhere) and a fantastic selection of keg and cask beers. This will definitely be on my return list when Iím back in London - truly world-class!

No doubt, the best beer bar I have ever been to in London. Itís quite a thrill to walk into this street corner pub and see the great line-up of pump clips displaying 16 cask ales followed by some very interesting keg beers, and added by hundreds of bottles in the printed beer menu. What a great place to be, comfortable and relaxing. Exquisite hosting from Tom and the young barman. During a few splendid drinking hours I had five cask ales, one from keg (house lager from Mikkeller), and shared three bottles. All the beers were in perfect condition and were served at a fine drinking temperature. Great music, not too loud American grunge, that was to my liking. I came alone on an early Monday afternoon, but was soon joined by other ratebeerians like Miksu, hanniku, oh6gdx and DJMonarch. Thanks for the great time, guys. (Visited, 1st August 2011).

Great looking bar with modern classy interior. High tables, long prominent bar. Fantastic selection of real ale and a lot of Danish and American keg beer. Plenty of bartenders behind the counter, so you wont have to wait long. World class bar run by world class people.

This is the best place in London for craft beer in my opinion. Amazing selection of cask, keg and bottles. Staff that know their stuff. Can be pricey, but you pay for greatness. With The Cad at the helm, itíll just keep getting better and better!!!

I went there at a bad time for me. I really must revisit when my headís straight. It was so full I found this desperately noisy and claustrophibic, and just wanted to escape, no matter how beautiful the ceiling is. Upstairs was much better, though. Mindblowing selection of beers for the UK.. The Cad having his finger on the pulse will ensure this will be right at the pinacle of the UK beer scene. I found the prices very high, making Finland look cheap, but maybe I was misreading the signs, so leaving that score field blank until I have double-checked on a return visit.
