Visited the pub in rush hours and found more a classic pub ambiance than a craft beer bar ambiance.Good cask and new british brewers selection on tap but a bit disappointed with the lack of craft beer taps from other countries.

This bar was a godsend on a wet, cold, winter Sunday in London. The excellent choice of local brews on tap and the help advice of the batman/woman in attendance kept me occupied all day.

Very nice looking bar with a good selection of craft beers. It’s a bit further out from the centre than the Covent Garden branch - but still within walking distance - and still retains that "old style" pub feel to it. Lovely. Will be back.

Visited yesterday on a Saturday afternoon. Not too busy so the bartenders where mainly standing idly behind the bar and were quick at serving. The selection across casks and bottles was very good. Prices seemed reasonable as well. Very nice, worth the visit

A said the No.1 pub in London and a must visit. Great pub, friendly staff and over 35 beers on tap: The Kernel, Beavertown, Magic Rock, Thornbridge, BBNo, The Bruery, Green Flash, Hoppin’ Frog, Toccalmatto, Evil Twin, Omnipollo... You’re in England so your beer is expensive, but what a place. Go there!

I would rate higher, except I feel odd when I have any connection to a place - though ultimately I should not as Tom & crew know well enough to stoke the place with admirable beers (and my friend had the odd and oft unattainable in the U.S. ) Friendly enough that my friend got info on going to Rough Trade Records from a guy that had dropped in for a beer. The house Pale Ale stood up.

A nice good sized pub with a large bar. Built for geeks with impressive service, tap list, bottle list and 1/3 pints. Bottle selection is insane, but so are prices, a must.
