This place is part 1 of a 3-tiered bar. Never seen anything quite like this. Very cool. Lots of great taps. Limited and somewhat rare finds here. I can see why this place made draft magazines top 100 beer bars in america. Cheap and delicious food too.

This is the famous Crescent Moon Ale House in downtown Omaha, which is a very cool idea: 3 different beer bars adjoined to one another, each with its own theme, not coincidentally representing the 3 premier beer countries in the world: USA, Belgium and Germany. Crescent Moon has a very good selection of draft beers including several rotators so there is guaranteed to be something you want here. The Belgian (Max and Joeís) and German (Huber Haus) sections are quite a bit smaller and are primarily geared towards the imported drafts available in each. The food is typical brewpub fare and is decent, but nothing too special and a tad overpriced. Still, if youíre in Omaha I would strongly recommend it for the Crescent Moon section alone. As a bonus, Beertopia is immediately next door. Check it out.

Crescent Moon Alehouse is a historic beer spot in Omaha. That, and the great selection of brews (both local and national) makes it worth the trip. The staff is friendly. Food is cheap and presentable but itís not very flavorful or unique. Fortunately, the beer selection is great and the prices are very affordable. So long as you come here strictly for beer and maybe some bar food staples, youíll be a happy customer.

Not sure it lived up to the hype but not horrible. The food was average at best and the waitstaff was about the same. The selection of beer on tap was good. Parking in the vicinity is kind of a joke as well. But all in all a decent place for the area.

I stopped here on a Friday night. Pretty busy place, 3 different bars. I didnít make it to the Belgian side, but I saw the beer list. The German beer list was a lot of stuff you can buy at a beer store, but itís cool to try some of this stuff on tap. Pretty friendly folks, good service and decent value. Cool spot, I would like to spend a whole day here sometime.

Stopped on for beer and dinner on a road trip. Conveniently located next to a great bottle shop. A quite large selection of local brew on draft, along with a variety of west coast and Colorado micros. The Belgian tap list was not as large and were all common. But still, St Bernadus Abt 12 on draft is noteworthy. Food was nothing special. A bit of a grubby feel but worth a visit nonetheless.

This bar lives up to the reviews. You should be able to find something new or enjoyable at one of the three bars. Service was great and the prices were very fair. Beertopia store is next door. Donít missit.

This place covers three great brewing traditions with one bar dedicated to Belgian beers, another basement area that simulates a German gasthaus, and the main bar area for American craft beers. Both the German and Belgian bars had the proper glassware. I was
particularly blown away by the friendliness
of the patrons and the bartenders, which was even better than the usual Midwestern standards. The beer selection was as good as is possible, and the food
was cheap, but disappointing. Highly
recommended for the beer and
