Amazing tap and whiskey selection. Good service. Dive bar interior. They have two casks as well which is cool. Any beer enthusiast needs to check this place out.

They always keep the taps interesting and local whenever possible. Maintaining 4 casks is just outstanding. For beer consumption, the place strikes me as small, but I like that when at the bar I donít have to deal with the pool players, especially when they are all drinking Corona and Bud and barking at the poor bar maid. Very English feel - havenít felt like this since the Horse Brass Pub.

When you walk in to the right is a bar section that is a tight space. To the left is a big open room with a pool table and a big screen for watching games. Itís got that belgium esque dark and gritty feel. It also has a ridiculous scotch list. It had a nice selection on tap and a couple cask ales. Really enjoyed it.
Went here about a week ago with DuffmanSW and laroja. We were the only ones there on a Friday late mid afternoon. The beer selection was great. They had two Stone casks that day. One was Ruination with Amarillo and Simcoe hops. The other was Levitation with centennial hops. I also had the Alaskan Brewing Baltic porter on tap. And we all went in on a bottle of Firestone 12 for only $30. Not bad for a bar price. The place was a lot of fun. They had an internet jukebox, pool tables, and shuffleboard. Kept us entertained for hours.
Great place in Santa Monica. Passionate and very knowledgable owner. Got a very English pub feel to it. Lots of american beers on tap but also has quite a few Belgians on tap also which is quite surprising. And an absolutely amazing whiskey selection too. Must visit if in Santa monica
Un pub Anglais qui figure haut sur ma liste. Tu peux toujours compter sur quelques casks souvent surprenants et une panoplie de whiskey. Notez que vous pouvez commander un whiskey flight le temps de vous dťcider.
The Daily Pint is a refreshingly divey bar. Actually, if a good tap list is a requirement, this may be the only one in Santa Monica. The inside is pretty large and they have shuffleboard and a projection TV. If youíre into cask ales, they have a few that you probably wonít find elsewhere in town. The bartender was efficient and fittingly surly. I was trying to make it a point to drink as local as possible beer while here, and it was more difficult here than the other places I went to. I think they only had two or three local beers that had small distribution. The overall lineup is of very good quality, however. Prices were fair, a little lower than the other beer bars I went to.
A locals bar with pool tables. All about Whiskey and cask ales. 3 hand pumps. Nice people working there. Parking is behind or on one of the side streets. Didnt have any food. Obviously this place has two other competitors in Santa Monica...FO and Library Ale House. This has a much better bottle selection than both of those. Jolly Pumpkin, Lambics, Bruery, Lost Abbey, and Firestone 12 to name a few. Tap selection is better than Library Ale House but slightly weeker than FO. Good, but dingy place.
