Nice little place. A tad bit overcrowded, but the beer is so good, itís understandable. Service was friendly, but felt kind of slow at times. Selection was very good, great beers all around. Prices were more than fair. Iím definitely going back, whenever Iím in Minneapolis again.

I happened to get there shortly after they opened, so was able to get a growler fill. Everything was very organized and sensible. The place was busy, but not crazy, and the "beer-tenders" were very good. Cool music, cool decor, very cormer bar/ friendly feeling, which I really appreciate. I only got to have Cream Ale, which was pretty good for the style, and Chocloate Milk Stout, which was pretty awesome. There were a couple other beers on tap, but not styles that I like, so I canít really rate them fairly on that. Will definitely go back when I am in the Twin Cities next time, though, very cool place.

A neat new brewpub in Minneapolis. It appeared moderate sized, somewhat cozy when crowded. They had probably 8 taps, including some interesting beers. I tried the wet hop red, IPA, red rooibos with vanilla, and coffee porter. All were pretty good, but not great. They donít have any food. I think this is a place worth stopping - the beers did not blow me away, but they were solid, and they have a few interesting styles.

World class beers! A true jewel for craft beer in Minnesota. The Chocolate Milk Stout is second to none!
The vibe is friendly and fun. I always meet someone new who seems like my best friend. Do not miss this brewery if you visit Minneapolis.

Way cool place to stop in if you are in the area. Exactly what you would picture for a taproom - good beer, modern hipster decor and feel, hipster crowd - and there is a very big crowd for a Tuesday night! If this is Tuesday, I can't imagine what a weekend would be like. Kind of small place but big enough to hold all these people. 6 of their beers on tap - the 2 I've had are very good. No good but you can bring your own in. Service isn't bad considering how busy it is and the fact that there are only 2 bartenders. Definite recommend!

While very comfortable atmospherically, this taproom gets enormously busy around happy hour time and it can be tough to find a seat, or to get a beer reasonably quickly. The service is friendly and enthusiastic, even if the bar staff arenít always experts on their product. To me the beer is worth stopping for, if not seeking out. There is typically only one beer below 6%, meaning making DM part of a tap room tour or bar crawl requires some planning.

Dangerous Man was my 6th and final brewery stop on my recent MSP brewery tour (following Surly, Steel Toe, Fulton, 612, Indeed). This was a perfect ending to a great MSP craft beer experience that started 2 days earlier at the Happy Gnome. Of all the brewery tasting rooms this was by far the most bar-like and welcoming. It had an excellent atmosphere and ambiance...plenty of regulars but visitors would feel welcome here too. I was very lucky to catch the Batch-100 Triple IPA...fantastic offering. My two other favorites were the Chocolate Milk Stout followed by the Hazelnut Porter. To give you an idea of the vibe here...all ages...types of dress...and personalities...which is what I love best in a great craft beer establishment. Also the wall art and decor is original and fits the vibe well. Finally I have to mention that I was fortunate enough to witness a very special event while there.Thinking a beer had kicked before I had a chance to try it...I walked around the bar to see what the bartender was changing on the chalk beer board. He was actually writing a marriage proposal! A short time later a patron asked his girlfriend to pick a beer from the board and when she saw the proposal the place went wild...and she did say "yes" by the way. Dangerous Man was a very nice finale to my MSP craft beer tour...I highly recommend a visit.

The score is not indicative of how much I enjoyed this place. The bartenders Maggie and Mary were super cool and offered me samples of every beer only to not charge me for them. All in all I got 6 samples, 2 x 10oz pours and 10oz of triple IPA for 13 dollars + $8 for a glass, Call it $35 and I left happy and so did they. Parking is on the street and not in the church but theres enough parking around to make it work, some locals told me of a garage up the street. Chill vibe with some couches some communal tables and probably 20 bar seats, place fills quickly, room for 20 taps Iíd guess though only 6 on at a time (for now) Beer is solid and great local feel here. 3$ for normal beer in 10oz tulip, 5 bucks for a 16oz pint. good times.
Make the Peanut Butter Porter we were discussing. Trust me.

Great place in NE section of Minneapolis. Open just over a year now. Very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Yet the atmosphere was pleasant and really welcoming. Fun music on the sound system -- and the bar servers were bouncing to the beat. Very mixed group of customers, but mostly young to middle-aged and hipsterish. In spite of the crowd, service was good and quick, with five or six bar servers busy as can be. Six taps, quite varied. No sampler flight available. 10oz. for $3 and 16oz for $5. Some limited stuff, too -- we had their Batch #100 triple IPA, 12.4% and 134IBU. The beers are all good to great. If I lived in the area, Iíd love to come back to this place often, just to check out what new brews they have made. Voted RB Best New Minnesota Brewery in 2013. Go there and see why.
