Lots of tourists in here taking pictures and not actually buying any beer. The staff were understandably rushed off their feet with all the foot traffic but seemed friendly enough. Big selection of continental beers, especially Belgian and Dutch. Prices of the continental beers were orders of magnitude cheaper than at home in some cases.

Amazing selection of European and world beers, including a large selection of Dutch beers. They also had all the trappist breweries including Westvleteren. Staff was friendly and I even got a free bottle opener. I would definitely say they are the Beer King.

Wowee. Selection is amazing. From 8 Wired, Cantillon, Nogne O to Struise rarities, 3 Font and plenty of local stuff from Netherlands, Belgium and England. Best range I think I have seen in Europe so far. Service was friendly and polite. Only qualm is itís quite a messy place and a fair few price tags were missing but I guess it would be hard to keep on top of the amount of beers. The staff picks is a nice touch for the regulars

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Very friendly staff and an OMG wtf selection: so many great bottles from Europe and the states. A lot of stuff is pricy for sure, but itís quite a feat to assemble such a selection. The store itself is very pretty. Definitely a must see.

Donít know why I never rated this, since Iím there several times a week - trying to keep up with the new stuff coming in. In which, of course, I completely fail. Amazing selection. Great, knowledgeable crew, all with a passion for beer. Prices sometimes on the high side, but hey, itís smack in the center of Amsterdam. Go there. Now!

What an amazing place. A great selection of beers that I canít even fathom how they fit them all in the store and keep it organized! Staff is friendly and helpful especially considering I was an American tourist. Beers from all of Europe and a surprisingly nice American selection. Prices were similar with what I found around town.

Popped in just before closing time and graped a Hel & Verdoemnis from De Molen, just to know where to find it.
Good for a more thoroughly visit with a better stuffed purse.

I have been here several times and normally get a good haul. The selection was a little lacking for Dutch, last time I went, as they had sold out a bit. However picked up some good stuff, De molen, got a Westvleteren 12. Fairly pricey depending on what you pick. Probably 3 to 5 euros for a 330 bottle of Dutch or Belgian. Westvleteren around 16 euros I think. Service is OK, depending on the staff that are there. Charge for credit cards on bills less than 20 euros, normally you would spend way more than this, as it is an Aladdins cave of Beer
