Great beer store, with lots of Dutch beers, which were new to me. A good selection of Belgian, German and other Europeans. This place is infinitely browsable.

Selection of beers is great. They have the better Gueuzen and many english ales, you wonít find anywhere else in the Netherlands. Offcourse there is a large selection of belgian and dutch brews. Larsga is right about the unusual things. They mostly have some interesting, aged brews for sale. Pitty that the store is expensive, probably because of the place being close to íDe Damí. Easy to reach by train and tram which is a good thing for me.

Really nice selection of beers from all over Europe. Spent way too much money here. (= Although, their business card says they ship all over the world, but when I asked about shipping a 2002 vintage Chimay box set to the US, the guy said no, they donít ship any beer.

Very good beer shop with an excellent selection of Belgian and Dutch beers. There are some internationals as well, but thatís not their emphasis. There is also a small cellar room dedicated to lambics. The place is indeed kind of narrow and crowded, but the service is very good. They also stock unusual things; when I was there in May 2004 I bought a Westvleteren 12 from April 2000. (Still wondering why I bought only one.) Anyway, highly recommended.

Excellent place, I visit it almost every week and buy beers Iíve never tasted before. Great amount of choice, lots of glasses, friendly people. Narrow, donít take umbrellas or something like that.

The Beer King for real. Tons of glassware. Ton, the owner is really friendly and helpful. On my recent trip, he was wearing a Stone Brewing shirt, although the only US beer they carry is Anchor. A whole wall dedicated to proper glassware. Reasonable prices for hard to find stuff. Parking is near impossible without illegally parking in the loading area across the street.
