Exceptionally well stocked but small shop hidden away in the centre of town. Unusual bottles that appeal to the owner appear, and youíre always likely to find a new temptation. Seems to be supplying some of the more adventurous local bars as well.

This is my main supplier and a very nice shop indeed. Packed with beers (and wiskeys) from all over the world. Good selection of Belgian beers, but also regional and Dutch, English, US, German, etc. Best is the high quality and constant renewal of whatís offered. Happy to help you (even order beers or glasses not in stock) even then busy in the tight shop. Ask for some InBev beer to kick start a good conversation. :P Has a closed cellar with aged beers as well.
This bottle shop is my main provider and, as you can see in my ratings, they have a very broad selection of beers from all over the world. including Fantome, real ales and a lot of dutch, german and belgian microbrews. If i want something they always check out availabilaty, and most of the time, order it for me. Just great!! Their whisky selection is also out of this world...But i must admit, not the cheapest of shops.
This is the way itís supposed to be. A beer store like this. The owner knows about everything you want to know about every beer he has. He is helpfull, adviseable and willing to order any beer or glass he hasnít got in stock. Great selection of rarities, commons and local craftbeers. Iím sure to be making some trips to Leiden in the near future.
Friendly workers, awesome selction. lots of great belgian ales and dutch microbrews. Also carries the full range of Anchor (which you canít always find on the east coast of the US, let alone in europe) and Coopers (not seen much outside of australia. Prices are what you expect to pay at a small specility shop. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny.

Good selection of South-Holland beers, some good British ales, German beers, also American micros available.
Small cosey store in the centre of Leiden. Good selection of different types of beers. Lots of standard Belgian stuff but also nice stuff from the New World. Quite some Hof ten Dormaal if you are interested. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are more than reasonable. Must visit when in Leiden.
