I first came across this bar in the mid 2000ís when I first visited Brugge. The pub is a fairly cramped affair in a lovely old but undistinguished building on a cobbled road junction and has chairs and tables both outside and in its garden area if youíre looking to enjoy the ambiance of backstreet Brugge. The inside it atmospheric enough and although the beer selection is by no means as good as those further inside the city it does have one redeeming feature in that it is close to the railway station and in this respect is very handy for a first or final drink given itís so much easier to gauge how long it will take to make it to your train from here than the more central bars. Food is served here.

Pretty much the nearest bar of note to the railway station. Visited on a few occasions over the years but had never really deemed it worthy to add when compared to other venues in Brugge - but as seen as someone else has and to be fair itís quite a nice place ...
Oldish building with a relaxing courtyard out back.
Free nuts served at the table when you order a drink.
20 something bottles - nothing rare but as with most places in Belgium always something nice to go at.
Service was fine on my last visit (July í12).
Wouldnít go out of your way to come here but if youíve just got off the train and are walking into town with a dry mouth - jump inside for a quickie, itíll do you no harm!
