Visited on a Saturday night. Itís a bit in a back-alley from the Oude Markt. Nicely decorated, old home-feel to it, lots of wood, 8 floors but really cosy, nice and attentive service, good beer selection, good spareribs. A bit warm inside perhaps, but I had a nice meal and some good beers here. Nothing fancy though.

An amazing little place tucked away on a side street. We went in just for a drink. The barman showed us up to the roof terrace which we enjoyed on this lovely day. The beer menu had descriptions and pictures of all the beers. Although it was all in Flemish, we could understand the basics. The service was friendly & efficient and the barman had a lot of knowledge about the beers we chose. There were quite a few unusual beers to choose from.

95 beers included a mix of Flemish and Wallonian regionals, a couple of real lambics, most Trappists, and some rotating beers of the month. Food ranges from student-priced croques and spaghetti to full-on spare rib feasts. Looks small in the front then spills back, up, down and out over a couple of levels, through some nooks, and onto a terrace enclosed by surrounding buildings.

Great place for low priced fair student food. Great beer selection of Belgian family brewers.

A nice place. Good food. Decent beer selection for a restaurant.

This is my favorite place to go eat ribs in Leuven. Superb ambiance, great food and nice beers make a great combination.

Lovely restaurant in the center of Leuven. Itís really cosy and has a large selection of beers. The food is pretty good. Some typical Belgian kitchen. Iím fond of their spare ribs. Theyíre really good, but the sauce starts to bore after the first rack. Next time I order the large spare ribs, Iíll try to get two sauces. The service depends from time to time. Sometimes you have friendly and fast service, other times you donít. The price is perfectly payable for young and old.

Had a nice rabbit stew made with frambozen beer. The food is good and not too expensive. The beer selection is good, but not extraordinary. Some stairs up is a nice terrace inside the house.

Ended up here while walking around the town. A nice restaurant with few really rare beers but with a good selection indeed. Has a view of the "river" on the other side.Had two random choices, Broeder Jacob Bruin and Bush Peche Mel, both just ok. If going for the beer, there are better pubs, but for the food AND beer, none better that Iíve seen in Leuven except maybe for Domus, which probably has a worse selection of beer.

I find myself eating here often when I am in Leuven. Good food, plus a good list of beers to go with it. I had the mixed grill last time, and it was wonderful. The ambiance is also decent.
