Absolutely superb cafe - ticked every box for me and was the best place I visited in Belgium. Unbelievable list of beers (phone book size menu), which looked like it was constantly being added to. Great atmosphere, with a mix of tourists and locals, and friendly bar staff. They had a band on when I was there, and you should know that in similar circumstances, the drink prices can go up, to compensate for the lack of an entrance fee. 3 Fonteinen on handpump, vintage bottles, great company - no wonder I ran up a horrendous tab!

This fucker is packed to the brim with tourists but it’s definitely worth a visit, regardless. Over 1,000 beers available with a ridiculous Sears-catalog sized beer menu. I found some true gems here, though the menu is years out of date. Great service and a fun joint to get fucked up at.

Beer heaven! I found this place when I was in Brussels. What a selection! I had four beers...can’t actually find one on RB (Chaude-Fontaine Gazeuze). Had a great chat with a guy who was comming home to Brussels from his current home in Australia and a really cool guy from Philly (?) huge menu. I was there on a weeday around 3pm. the girl working the bar was one of the greatest beauties I’ve ever seen with a damned cool attitude. Highly reccomended!!

well. what can you say beyond the place in Brussels that has the Guinness Book’s record for most beers? Friendly staff. Owner is a character. Friendly patrons. Love the brewerian - hunreds of beer trays covering the ceilings, even from Wisconsin! A definite must experience.
